This beautiful villa sits inside Waikoloa Beach Villas on the third floor right across from The Waikoloa Queen shops and King shops. Shopping and dining are within walking distance, sunsets from the balcony and the privacy of the third floor gives you the ultimate Hawaiian vacation. Anaeho'omalu Bay is in the resort to provide you the Ocean experience you are looking for from Stand up paddling, surfing, swimming and great snorkeling right in the Resort to give that quick access to the beach and back to your comfortable villa. Two bedroom, two bathroom villa, sleeping 4 guests comfortably with a king size in the master suite and a queen in the guest suite. Our lanai offers a outdoor kitchen, built in BBQ with dining and a comfy sofa to lounge or read your favorite novel. Air conditioning keeps the villa cool with ceiling fans in each room. Full size washer and dryer are located inside the villa, the kitchen is well stocked and ready for you to enjoy with a built in wine cooler, oversized refrigerator and a induction cook top range. We are excited to have our guests enjoy this beautiful Hawaiian Penthouse. New beds, linens, all new 55 Inch Smart TV’s in each room and a new central air conditioner. Little bit of an update. :) 2026 Hilton Pool pass included, daily pass up to 6 guests.

We had an excellent stay! Quiet, clean and super convenient as the Queens Marketplace is just across the street. The pass for the Hilton pool was a huge bonus! Would love to stay again in the future.

Vacation rental was clean and comfortable with close proximity to shops and a great place to stay during our big island adventures. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again the next time we are on big island.

A very nice place with all the things you'll need for your vacation, and more. The photos really don't do it justice. The Hawaiian decor is fun and of a high quality. The property provides more than is even included in the listing. It took me a while to work through all of it. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, body boards and other helpful items in a separate garage (unit numbers listed near the front garage door). You have free access to an onsite pool and exercise facility that are like 30 yards from the unit. You also have free access to the Hilton pool and lagoon, where they give you towels and validate your parking each day. Nice restaurants, shops and bars across the street at the Queen's Marketplace and down the road at the King's Shops. There is a nice beach just past the King's Shops on the left, also within walking distance. The place really does have a lot to offer but it may take a few moments to get acclimated.

Location! Location! Location! This well-appointed condo is near many shops and groceries and less than 15 minutes from Mauna Kea and Hapuna Beach. It was equipped with all of the cooking and serving utensils we needed and ample towels. The lanai overlooked the golf course which was peaceful and relaxing. Communicating with the host was easy and she replied quickly. Access to the Hilton Waikoloa pool and lagoon was icing on the cake. I only wish I could’ve stayed longer and I look forward to visiting again.

I can't say enough great things about this property and especially the hostess Amy. We arrived on Wednesday a few days before the Hurricane, we ate lunch, checked-in and drove straight to the Volcano to catch the most awesome night-time eruption of Kilauea! We tried to rebook our flights to avoid Hurricane LaLa, but alas no luck. We were scheduled to fly out Saturday night, but our flight got cancelled and then rescheduled for Sunday. Amy was able to extend our stay, because it was impossible to find a hotel room on the island. Amy kept checking on our status to make sure we were ok (which we were). Ultimately we had to extend until Monday night due to our return flight kept getting changed/scheduled. We had an AWESOME time on the Big Island. Having the Queens Marketplace directly across the road is very convenient. Having the pool pass to the Hilton Waikoloa Resort was a great bonus, that we took advantage of. My wife and I escorted my mom (84) to Hawaii to visit her 50th state and she also have a great adventure. Mahalo nui loa!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The unit was clean and spacious and matched what the photos showed. The area was awesome, walkable to shops and A bay beach. We could drive to lots of other beaches within about 15 minutes. Our kids enjoyed the small pool within the villas. Comfortable beds and the kitchen was fully stocked. The outdoor bbq was great. Our only complaint about the property was that the communication with the property manager was not very informative, however we did not have any issues with the rental.

Our family had a wonderful stay. I was initially concerned with condo being on 3rd level but there is a convenient elevator nearby. We also enjoyed having an outdoor grill on the lanai. It made grilling very fast and convenient. We would stay again.
