Additional parking passes can be purchased for $ 47 for the length of the stay if a second vehicle is brought in. Your unit includes a washer and dryer for added convenience. We provide a starter set of the essentials—paper products, shampoo, soap, coffee, and beach chairs/umbrellas—so you can just relax and enjoy your stay! A parking pass is included in the cleaning fee.
All booking fees are included in the quoted price. Sun n Sand requires a separate point of contact form to be filled out, and a separate security deposit of 300 is required 2 days before check-in. This deposit will come across as a hold on your credit card and will be released after you check out, unless there is damage done to the property.
