The place sits right across one of the most beautiful beaches, walking distance from restaurants or a short drive. It is incredibly convenient. House was impeccable. The only notes is the 4th bedroom is next to the pool, removed from the main living home and does not have a bathroom. The pool is really small yet my kids had fun. It’s a nice break from the beach. They also need a cutting board. Other than that it is fully equipped, even to go coffee mugs. We loved our stay. Thank you!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The attention to detail really showed, and it felt like a true home away from home. The host gets back very quickly when needed as well.The small items like the coffee machine not working properly, was handled as well. Thanks again. We'll be back

This was the perfect spot for our girls trip! Brand new and super clean house with all the amenities. Pool was perfect for the more windy days on the beach with a bunch of beautiful and brand new furniture. Bedrooms and bathrooms all in pristine condition and definitely worth the price. Our favorite spot by far was the roof. Gorgeous sunset views with a hot tub and great furniture. Check-in was seamless -- all we needed was a door code. Right in between the fun of Anna Maria Island and Bridge Street in Bradenton. We enjoyed Daiquiri Deck, Freckled Fin, The Beach House, and a few others, all great spots to eat and beach bars mostly walkable from the house. All in all was a great, relaxing, and easy stay, will definitely want to visit the area and specifically this home again.

Krizia allowed her dog to scratch multiple doors up to the point they had to be repaired and repainted. She was charged for that damage which we heavily discounted down to $150, so we in no way took advantage of her. Her dog also was left there multiple times while she went to the beach and barked nonstop, which irritated another renter and the neighbors next door. Although I could have fined her for that, I tried to do her a favor by refunding the rest of her pet deposit. I also agreed to not leave her a negative review even though she is an absolutely terrible and disrespectful renter and person. I guess I should have left an accurate review as she left this 1 star in retaliation to the details above. Luckily all other reviews for this property show all of our other guests experiences!
