We came for a girls trip. The house was amazing. It was a great central location close to everything and right across the street from the beach. We enjoyed that everything was within walking distance and it made for a really nice trip.

Not only did the place exceed our expectations, but cannot say enough positive about Adam and his wife! Great people, and an awesome place. Short 1 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants, bars, shops. This place is awesome, and we will be back!

We loved the house! It was a really short walk to the beach. The backyard was amazing, the pool was perfect for sitting and relaxing at the end of the day.

We had a wonderful location for our Anna Maria Island vacation. The property was as described, no surprises. We were comfortable and very close to the beach and Bridge Street. The neighborhood was peaceful. Loved the large clean grill. We used it and it worked perfectly. Also good Wi-Fi rand TV reception. And great pool.

This property is amazing. We have stayed many places and this one has it all. The view from the 3rd floor deck was our favorite. The pool area was a great place to get some shade and play cards. There are a lot of stairs, but there is an elevator. The host was great and quick to respond with any questions! Loved and would stay again!!

This was one of the BEST houses we’ve been to. Location was everything. Steps from the beautiful beach. Short walk to the mini mart, restaurants and bars. The house was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed, having the convenience of an elevator was fantastic and communication with the host was easy with prompt responses. Even though it’s not directly on the beach it was close enough we could enjoy the beach views on the porch. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the memories and great vacation!

Amazing property, the host was always very quick to respond and very helpful. The house location is the best, very close to the beach, the pier and restaurants. The house is very specious and very clean. My family and I will definitely come back again another year.

Incredible location!

Ideal location nestled steps from the beach and the bay! We enjoyed coffee in the morning and cocktails at night on the 3rd floor porch. Plus, the house is a short walk to all the action on Bridge Street!!

AMI Stay

This was our first trip to AMI and this was the perfect place to stay, right in the heart of the activity. The house was beautiful and perfect for our group of eight. We just got home and we all want to go back!

Beautiful spot. Really nice place with perfect access to anything you could want on AMI. No complaints about the experience in the least bit.The only thing that could make it better was some additional stocking of necessities like trash bags and dish washer detergent. We had to buy our own.

Excellent place for family.

We stayed from a Tuesday to a Saturday. Everything was amazing and we were just two homes and a road from the beach. All the beach necessities were there, made it all so easy. AND there was an elevator…
