This is a north facing unit but still has beach views from the huge Master Bedroom and balcony off living room.



Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated four bedroom, five bath condo. Come check out the large custom kitchen and a 60'' HD TV in the living room, and flat panel HD TVs in all the bedrooms. This unit was just recently decorated on 5/15/17 and never rented until NOW !!



Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh, grab your favorite drink and relax. The north facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large master bedroom has great views of the beach, incredible to wake up to!!



The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom also has a King bed, there are two queens in the third bedroom and the 4th bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 12.



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay.

Our family had a great time. The condo was absolutely BEAUTIFUL !!! Everything about our stay was wonderful!!! The entire property was well maintained, awesome beach, pool and lazy river. Would definitely recommend this for your next vacation.

Family Vacation in Orange Beach, AL

The property and condo was absolutely amazing! The location to the beach made it easy access because we had young children with us and the water slide and lazy river were a hit!! The condo itself was spacious and I hope we can book again for next year! One comment on the bedding in the master bedroom, spring for sheets that actually fit the bed. The fitted sheet was too small and kept coming off each night as we slept.

The only negative I would have to say about the stay was the master bed mattress is a struggle bus. Almost, no give left. However, everything else was incredible. The blow up bed in the large closet was perfect for our 5 year old also. I would come here again for sure, IF, there was another mattress in the master bed. If not, I don't know that I could do it again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family visited in early August and did not experience the long elevator wait times that other guests have noted (max wait was ~10 min on a day when it rained and everyone rushed inside at the same time). Parking was relatively easy and we were fortunate to be able to obtain a 3rd pass. The unit overall was well done and very spacious for our party of 8. Lots of dishware and utensils; ice machine was much appreciated; beds decently comfortable; water pressure strong. The reasons for not giving this property 5 stars: wifi was unreliable for basic streaming; the unit is fairly close to the elevators and in two of the bedrooms you could hear a lot of elevator traffic; several light bulbs throughout the unit were out; screen door on the deck was off; some remote batteries were dead (we ended up replacing a disc battery to be able to adjust volume from the sound bar); floors were sandy (we expected this to a degree since we're at the beach - but on our first day it didn't feel like the floors had been swept at all). To be fair, these were all minor inconveniences, sure. But as a family who visits this area annually and has stayed in a range of properties, there are more convenient and less crowded places to stay for a similar rate, and where you don't need to worry about things like elevator wait times and navigating a parking deck. We don't mind crowds (everyone really was pleasant at the beach) but at night the condo seemed to turn into some kind of pre-teen party-central and all the condo amenities would be taken over (e.g. fitness room, sauna, hot tubs). Again, not a dealbreaker by any means, but for those of us who only get 1-2 weeks a year away from busy work schedules to go to the beach, these details can start to matter and may influence a decision to book this property. Beautiful facility

There were small items to be addressed. There were lamps with out/burned out lights. They should keep extra batteries for remotes since there are 5 tvs. Two of the toilets had broken flushing handles. The ice maker indicated that a new filter should be installed. The major drawback are the elevators. Only 6 for the entire facility. Moving in and out days are disastrous. We waited an hour in the hot area by elevators for an elevator. They need to add more or stager elevators; one side for floors 1-16 and the other for 27-32. That was a discouraging ending to an otherwise great stay

Oasis Rental Review

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family from different states get together once a year and this year we chose Oasis to stay at in Orange Beach. Our condo was big enough for all of us which was awesome! We were impressed that each bedroom had a bathroom PLUS a community bathroom with a shower! Compared to other resorts we’ve stayed at, the pools/lazy river were pretty busy but that’s hardly a “complaint” when we knew we were coming to a family friendly condo. The pool was closed quite frequently during our stay which made the lazy river busier but it didn’t stop our fun. When checking in the first day, the wait to get to our room took 45 minutes plus due to everyone using the elevators at once. It wouldn’t have been so bad but we couldn’t find any bathrooms to use. 😆 After that initial wait for elevators, it was no problem! The condo was very clean. If I needed to “complain,” the small trash cans around the condo were hit and miss on having liners but it wasn’t a big deal. I did have questions and was able to text the property manager and got a quick response which was helpful! Overall, the amenities, the spacious condo, and plenty of awesome restaurants and attractions nearby will definitely bring us back again!

Stout vacation 2024

There were some minor issues with shower heads in two of the showers. They were cracked and water sprayed out from the stem/head. Only missing a on the beach view.

Four Family Vacation

The property was the perfect size for our trip. Each family had a bedroom and bathroom and there was a crib for the youngest traveler. The condo is conveniently located to several of our favorite Orange Beach restaurants and shopping. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the property on check in. There was sand covering the floor in one of the bathrooms, the furniture was dusty, there was a vape cartridge in another bedroom, and the crib sheet was stained. The property manager offered to send an inspector, but we cleaned for ourselves. The property manager was very responsive during our stay. Be prepared for long elevator waits on check in day! Overall this was a great place for our vacation.

Relaxing View of Orange Beach

We loved the overall spacious room of this condo. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for a nice prepared meal. Our family enjoyed the fantastic view overlooking Orange Beach and Foley. Looking forward to returning soon!
