This Stunning apartment is at the beach, family-friendly activities, public transport, and nightlife. You`ll love the neighborhood, the ambience, the comfy beds and the outdoors space. Very good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids).

Has 1 King size beds and 1 Twin sofa bed to up 3 guests. New furniture, new cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Apartment includes linens, towels, 50" inch Smart HDTV includes 60+ channels and WiFi are included for your entertainment. Short walk to Daytona Lagoon Water Park (0.3miles), Ocean Deck and Board walk (0.1miles) where will have good food, music, drinks, shops and a lot of fun. We are also only 0.1 miles from the Convention Center.

Entire space plus building amenities. Please, make yourself at home.

Absolutely wonderful experience! The location was perfect - can walk to everything. The balcony was so nice for morning coffee watching the waves . Clean gorgeous beach and also the pools! Room exactly as pictured. The host was very responsive. I highly recommend this host. We will be back!

The apartment is super nice, comfortable and with everything you need, right in front of the sea, and close to all the amenities walking, you don't need to use your car for anything. Both the apartment and the rest of the building are pet friendly and I had excellent communication with the host

This studio was nicely renovated. The floors, bathroom and kitchenette were all very well done. However, the furniture was really poor quality. There’s a loveseat size couch which is very uncomfortable to sit on so it was useless. The slats kept falling out from underneath the king size mattress and had to be fixed by my husband four different times. There were no comfortable options to sit down. Even the chairs on the balcony were not comfortable. If you book this unit, bring some comfortable folding chairs. The unit was very clean when we arrived and the view out of the glass wall was everything you could want or ask for. The grounds and pool area were super nice. I would book it again knowing that I need to bring chairs.

Beach view was amazing! We loved waking up naturally to the sun rising through our balcony window. We were walking distance to so many of our favorite places.

It was an awesome experience. The room was clean, and well equipped. The balcony view was excellent. Everything was within walking distance. A wonderful experience altogether.

Awesome view, Clean room, pet friendly, has small kitchen area with necessary items. We liked there was a keruig! Very well kept property. Pool area was exceptional!

If you want a beautiful view of the ocean this is the place to be but if you’re wanting air conditioning you’re outta luck these nice people rented this place KNOWING that the AC wasn’t working in the entire building smfh HOST WAS GARBAGE NO KINDA COMMUNICATION …PROBABLY BECAUSE HE KNEW LOL

The electricity to the air-conditioning, refrigerator, and microwave without three or four times over the week we were therefor a few hours each time. The bed was coming apart underneath, and I had to repair it myself since the host was always slow in responding. The bathroom door was too small to get my wife’s wheelchair into the bathroom. There was no ramp down to the swimming pool to allow my wife’s wheelchair to get to the pool. I will not stay there again.

Several unfortunate events occurred during our two night stay to make this our worst Vrbo experience by far. We had to set the thermostat to 55. Even at that it struggled to keep the room temperature in the upper seventies. Construction was occurring in the room above us which meant we had early, loud wake up calls and the constant noise for most of the day was quite irritating. Finally we lost all water for several hours one day. We couldn’t even flush the toilet! The host communicated in a timely manner but seemed unable to do anything about our problems.

The actual room was nice and clean inside. The outside is very dated and it’s called a resort which is not. Looks like a regular old motel. So upon arriving it was disappointing but luckily the actual accommodation was nice.

Let me start by saying the place was excellent except for the first 4 days. It took from arrival on Sunday to Wednesday for the host to believe us that is AC was not working properly. We stood on a chair in front vent air was barely coming out. He sent is guy to fix it. That man agreed with us that the air wasn't coming out and it should be colder,the HOA probably has it turn down. The host told us his repair man said it's cool in their room. Yes it was 81 in there it seem cool because outdoors the index was in the 100s was set on 55 that where the host said to put it. Finally the HOA Dan came in and fixed the thermostat so you could see the red line that tells the temperature. Then he went to the vent on ceiling to make sure it was on high it was. He then pulled out a filter that host has never changed. Immediately the flow started coming out better. The bads news he had to put it back in instructed by his boss because it's up to the host to change it. Plus Dan looked they didn't have one. The host said he couldn't send anybody today but we could go to the hardware and fix ourselves. We had to buy tools to change it. Yes the host payed for it and tools. Never said sorry or apologize for the days we had to sleep at temperature of 81 after new filter the room went to 72 which comfortable for us we're use to 77 in day and 72 at night. Want to end with saying we had our honeymoon in Daytona 50 years ago and wanted to celebrate our 50 Anniversary there. Hosts needs manners

Owner/property manager very responsive. Any concerns/ questions addressed appropriately and quickly. Location on beach is great! Curb appeal could use a little work. Warning: The HOA is very aggressive with parking enforcement. You have at most 15 mins to get your parking pass into your vehicle.

I had an issue with my e-mail that Vrbo did not sort out before my stay, so I was unable to receive check-in instructions because my old e-mail was still on file. The host refused to send the instructions any other way, via text or my new e-mail or the inquiry messaging. Vrbo sent me the instructions directly. I also ended up not bringing my pet. She had emergency surgery that week and I had to leave her at home. I asked the host to refund me the pet fee, they never did. Finally, the a/c ran non-stop, the thermostat was broken. I informed the host, I said it was not a problem. I never received any responses to my e-mail problem, pet fee refund request or a/c problem. Poor communication.
