Studio Unit includes an Ocean Front shared walkway balcony with chairs (not private) that directly faces the pool deck and beach! , Efficiency Kitchen, King Bed, Full size Sleeper Sofa,Built in Entertainment Center, 50' HDTV, Direct TV, DVD player, Full Size Refrigerator, Microwave, Ice maker, Electric stove top, Coffee maker, Blender, George Foreman Grill, Convection Oven, Iron, Hair dryer.Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, all linens and towels. Resort Features: 1 Large Oceanfront Pool, Oceanside Recliners, Indoor Pool, Indoor Jacuzzi hot tubs, Fitness Room, , Fire Pit, direct Daytona Beach Access, Free WiFi available in room and throughout the property, Washer/Dryers available on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floors. Within walking distance of Grocery, Pharmacy, Restaurants, and Shopping Center. This is on the quieter northern end of the beach and this location will be very close to any Ormond Beach location.

Daytona Beach Attractions: : - 17 World Class Golf Courses - A Family Water Park - GoKart Tracks - Fishing - Jet Skiing - Parsailing.

No pets allowed. Exception for Certified Service Animals | No Smoking allowed in the resort, room or on balcony areas.

RESORT MAINTENANCE NOTIFICATION AND DISCLAIMER
The resort is undergoing various improvement projects, some of these are restoration efforts from prior-year storms and impact the parking garage, the south outdoor pool and children’s pool. However, most amenities are open, including the north outdoor pool, indoor pool, indoor jacuzzi, and fitness center. However, there may be times when some amenities may be temporarily impacted or services interrupted.

This is a private rental and we do not have any control of maintenance scheduled by the Daytona Beach Resort property management when they perform repairs and/or maintenance on resort facilities. We appreciate your understanding as the resort continues to make improvements.

Photos are out dated. The property grounds look nothing like the photos. The unit/room was great, but photos of the resort need to be updated. Much of the resort was previously damaged and not repaired. This location is great and we loved it was near a grocery store and within walking distance of restaurants!

The photos on the listing are 100% accurate and updated, so we are not sure why this guest is questioning the accuracy of the photos. In fact, some of the phots where taken just 2 weeks before this guest arrived. The guest rented with us knowing that the resort was under renovations, This is clearly noted in the listing, in the rental agreement, and also the welcome letter. The only renovation issues are the parking garage, south pool, children's pools are closed., The North pool, inside pools, jacuzzies, and fitness center are open. There is plenty of parking for the resort using surface parking lots in the front of the resort and also adjacent to the resort, as well as overflow parking across the street at Bellair plaza. We wish the guest would have rated us based on the wonderful and renovated unit she stayed in vs. commenting on the renovations which she knew where in progress when she rented. We have no control over the work on the overall resort, we try to ensure our guest have a wonderful unit, clean, modern, and comfortable to stay in when they rent from us. Surprised with this review, our guest had great rate for the major racing event, clean, updated unit, beautiful ocean front view of Daytona Beach, beach chairs, umbrella, and chairs provided. Disappointed with this review.

The room itself was nice. Loved the setup when you opened the curtains with the view of the ocean. It was amazing. However, the downside was the balcony wasn’t private. The outdoor pool, fire pit etc mentioned was not available. I was looking forward to sitting by the pool outside. But everything else was very nice.

Thanks for the review, we did inform the guest of the swimming pool maintenance before she arrived, which was due to lightening striking the pump and it needing to be replaced, it opened a couple of days later than was originally communicated to the owners. As for the balcony, it clearly noted in the listing it is a walkway balcony and is not private, which should not have been a surprise.

The description of this unit was accurate. It was clean on arrival, accurate description, and a fantastic view. The only problems with the entire property was facility related and outside of the control of the host. Their unit was above expectations and very well kept. That being said, I would definitely book this unit again.

We enjoyed having a view of the ocean from our room. We were very pleased that our stay offered a quiet place for rest and relaxation especially knowing it was spring break. Our room was beautifully decorated and clean.

Very impressed with the furnishings and how well stocked the kitchen was. One big hiccup though internet went out for 4 days so maybe three channels on the television I asked for compensation and I got the old you had have to read the fine print so no compensation

Thanks for the review, however, we are disappointed by this rating based on all of the detailed communications and other requested information that we provided in advance of your stay. We also provided you with early check in to the unit to accommodate your travel schedule at no added cost. You are correct that the rental agreement does state we are not responsible for issues related to the resort amenities as we do not manage those. The WiFi is provided at no cost to all guests by the resort property management. It should also be noted that we did not charge you for the damage you caused to the unit which we informed you of when you checked out. We paid for the repairs and did not charge you. And we also refunded your security deposit despite the damages caused to the unit Thank you

We’re glad to hear you found the unit very clean. However, we are disappointed in your review. This is an Ocean Front Studio and the size is clearly stated as 310 sq. ft. in the property description. With a king size bed and a separate sleeper sofa that can also sleep 2. Thanks for posting the beautiful beach sunrise photos from the balcony!

The resort is in a great area with lots to do and places to eat nearby. The view of the ocean is fantastic, especially during sunrise. Quick access to the beach and a good clean room made for a great week for my wife and I. We would definitely stay again

Everything was as described. Good location. One of the outdoor pools is fully operational and the indoor one was too. The place was clean and stocked with the basics plus a few unexpected extras, like beach chairs, beach towels, some leftover cooking items like coffee, cooking oils, etc. which was nice so we didn’t need to buy them.
