Unwind in the brand new beds, comfy air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a spacious deck. Nice yard for games and private off street parking.

At the end of the day freshen up with the outdoor shower. Then relax and enjoy the fire pit!

Your Narraganset adventure begins at this specular beach house with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms plus an outdoor shower. You'll find every inch of this home to be tasteful and classic with a touch of eclectic accents throughout the home. You will have lots of amenities to make your stay comfortable including, Wi-Fi, AC, Off street parking for 4 car, and a cozy living room with a Sofa Bed. We also provide coffee K-cups and a Keurig Coffee brewer. We have a weber grill equipped with a propane tank and a spare tank. You'll find every inch of this home to be tasteful and classic with a touch of eclectic accents throughout the home.

Plenty of outdoor space for yard games, or just relaxing on the deck. Plenty of parking.

Linens and bath towels are included in this rental. You are not required to provide your own. To limit your packing, we provide Beach Chairs, a Beach Umbrella, a Beach Stroller, Boogie Boards. There is even a Corn Hole game for your use. Hi

Perfect little house in a quiet and great location. We especially enjoyed evenings on the deck in the comfortable patio furniture. Very well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Close to two great beaches - we had a great week.

Excellent Stay ! House was spotless on our arrival …Perfectly sized and set up for our family Vacation. The Location is within walking of some great restaurants and Ice cream. The couple questions we had were answered super quick by our host. One of the best features of the house is the Amazing Outdoor shower…best way to end a Day at the beach !!

we had a wonderful time. perfectly private backyard w/deck. Decor was perfect, not overly "beachy." We had a hot week, so A/C was especially welcome.

Great location and pricing for this house! Quiet neighborhood is an huge plus. Upkeep and maintenance from our stay last year dipped slightly. Wear and tear from other guests lack of care is prevalent. Our family enjoys staying here even on the rainy days. But taking full advantage of yard and deck space to relax after beach and dinner.

Amazing beach getaway!

House was better than pics! Everything was as described and more! Walking distance to beaches and food. Small issue with gas grill that was rectified immediately by home owner with a new grill - wow! This was our first VRBO experience and well definitely book again! Thank you again for sharing your home!
