This spacious 3 bedroom home features 3 large bedrooms, completely furnished living room/dining room, sun room, 2 full baths, Italian Porcelain heated floors. Always in pristine condition. Dishwasher, Stainless steel appliances, Air Fryer, micro wave, Washer and Dryer, large back yard, short walk to the ocean. 1800 square foot house built in 2014. 4 TV's- wireless WI-FI, and all furnishings. Mr. Coffee Drip Coffee pot. Kitchen has almost everything you will need. We have several basic beach chairs and children's sand toys. Rent by week in the summer or 2 night minimum and weekends (i.e Friday-Sunday) Fall, Winter and Spring. Absolutely No Pets at anytime including those brought by guests who may visit.!!! Must be over 21 unless with parent (s). Map quest 14 Eire Road, Narragansett, RI for directions or email the owner. Check in is 2:00p.m and check out 10:00 a.m sharp. We welcome families with young children who can play in the spacious back yard or at the beach -a short walk. I do not rent to college age or students. The back yard patio with seating and a Weber Grill make cookouts a treat. Go to the docks and get Lobsters off the boat or to The Ocean Catch for fresh seafood including stuffed lobster tails that are delicious. Longer fall, winter rentals available for families or working professionals. We provide linens and towels. We have added a whole house generator and solar panels to ensure a great vacation should power be lost. Two Night Stay minimum. Walk to beach- stores, and Bagels- Breakfast.

Family Weekend Fun

This house was perfect and the host could not have been more helpful! Location was exactly what we needed with all the activities we did AND a very short walk to the beach - FANTASTIC!!!!

Amazing stay!

We stayed here for my daughter’s URI graduation. The place was perfect…impeccably spotless, convenient location, spacious layout. The owner was very responsive and kind. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Short waln to the beach

Five 40- something college friends reunited for a weekend away in Narraganset! This house was perfect to chii out and enjoy each other’s company. Very well stocked with kitchen items for cooking. Cleaning products, linens, bedding and paper products provided. Communication with host was excellent.

Immaculate and welcoming!

We enjoyed our stay. Very close to the beach, lovely home and beautiful backyard. Kitchen is well stocked and plenty of room to spread out and relax.

Wedding Weekend Dream

I stayed here with my small wedding party because I was getting married in Narragansett. Everything was clean the moment we walked through the door and was a comfortable stay for everyone. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful weekend in Naragansett

This location is perfect for a quiet weekend away. The ocean is a short walk down the street. The home is clean, comfortable and met all all our needs with a quiet backyard for relaxing, having a barbecue and eating outdoors. The beds are comfortable.

Picture doesn’t do it justice

The pictures on VRBO don’t do it just. House very clean. Comfortable beds. Only thing I would say is shower curtains had a little mold on them, but we overlooked the fact. The lawn and house were beautiful on the outside.

Wedding weekend

My family and I came in town for our cousin’s wedding at the Towers. The house was in a great neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach and about 15 minute drive to the Towers. There was enough room and a great backyard to relax between the festivities. The house was clean and comfortable! We will definitely return!

Exceeded expectations!

My grown siblings and I shared this house for several days for a family event here in Narragansett. The house was just wonderful! The owners thought of every convenience, and we were very comfortable. It is a very short walk to a big state beach, and although it is still May and the water is cold, we all took a number of walks along the beach. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Great beach community near Scarborough Beach

We had a wonderful 1-month stay in this great property that's just a short walk to Scarborough Beach. The community is friendly, and the property was clean, modern, and met all our needs. The backyard is large and deep and a great place for hanging out and the occasional fire in the fire pit. Central air made it comfortable at all times, but the breezes from the ocean also made it delightful. Communication with the owner was quick and complete. Favorite places to eat were Medgie's Diner, Iggy's, George's of Galilee, and Champlin's. The owner also left a list of recommended restaurants that we tried and enjoyed. We highly recommend this property and hope to return again.

I love this home!

The home is located only a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. The house is warm and inviting. Open floor plan on the main level, plenty of comfortable furniture and all of the amenities you need. Bedrooms are spacious and the beds are really comfortable. Two full bathrooms (one with a tub), laundry room is upstairs with updated washer and dryer and plenty of room to hang and fold laundry. The backyard is lovely with plenty of outdoor furniture and the landscape gives you privacy from the neighbors. The house was immaculate when we arrived, well organized and very inviting. We will definitely rent again. Gary the owner was very easy to work with. Cannot say enough about this home!

Stylish and Comfortable Stay at the Beach

Our group of four women on an annual girls trip found this property to have everything we were looking for. The home is comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated.It's perfectly located in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to the shore. There's a lovely yard complete with outside furniture and grill. Everything we needed could be found in some neatly organized and logical location. Gary was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Information on managing the home as well as local attractions was readily available. Although we did not have summer weather, Narragansett still had plenty to offer with areas to walk and bike ride, easy access to the Block Island Ferry, and proximity to Newport. I would highly recommend this home.

Friends (for over 50 years) getaway weekend

This home was perfect for our brief getaway. Lovely, quiet neighborhood, just blocks from beautiful Scarborough Beach. Spacious, clean and comfortable inside, with a large grassy backyard and patio area, which we, unfortunately didn’t have the opportunity to use. We didn’t cook at all, but the kitchen was well appointed for those who choose to do so. Plenty of restaurants in the area. We ate at Coastal Cabin for a casual dinner and at T’s in the morning for breakfast. Newport is about a 30 minute easy drive away and we spent the day there and visited the International Tennis Hall of Fame and ate at Sardella’s for dinner which was excellent. It was a very pleasant stay. My only semi complaint is the 10 am check-out time. Since quests are asked to throw towels and linens in the wash it’s a bit of a rush. We were only able to get the towels in the wash. No time to throw in the dryer or to wash the linens. No one wants to rush and do chores on the morning of departure. But overall I would highly recommend for like travelers, we are a group of 4-5 60 plus female friends, and for families as well. Gary was very communicative prior to our stay but left us alone during our stay. We happily had no reason to contact him. 🙂

Great stay!

Our group of 6 just rented this home for an Annual Reunion weekend and enjoyed every minute there! You can tell this home is very well maintained. It was immaculate upon our arrival with all the beds made with fresh linens & plenty of towels for everyone! We enjoyed the seaside / beach motif & decorations throughout the home and the open concept of the first floor living, dining room & kitchen areas. We found everything we could possibly need for our cooking adventures in the kitchen & thoroughly enjoyed being able to share the first floor space together as we prepared meals and played card games @ the DR table. There’s a big backyard and patio with a grill & plenty of patio seating; all just a short walk to the beach. An ideal location! It’s amazing seeing the ‘before’ picture of the property hung on the wall there versus what it looks like now! Wow! Obviously a lot of love & attention went into this project! I cannot say enough about Gary’s prompt communications & his flexibility with regards to our checkout time (A++)! Our reunion group hails from the NY, NJ, PA and RI areas. Next time we’re looking for a reunion in New England, we’ll be sure to look this place up again!

Spacious back yard with patio allows for outdoor games with the family and outdoor dining all summer long. We enjoy sitting on the porch in new chairs and or in the back yard just enjoying the ocean air and family neighborhood. Plenty of privacy and seating with 4 Adirondack chairs, glider, and comfortable front porch seating. Here are a few comments although under reviews there are many others: " This was our 5th time staying.... each visit is a happy experience... your house makes a wonderful home away from home." And another
" We had a great time at your home...Its such a perfect place... we always appreciate how well you take care of it....just like being home. Some properties are photo shopped but we pride ourselves in providing exactly what the pictures represent. If you want an enjoyable vacation we hope our home at the beach will provide that for you.
