With 3 bedrooms including 2 king beds and 1 full bed, (plus queen sofa bed in living room) this cozy retreat offers a soothing and fun tropical atmosphere and the best fishing in the US. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, WiFi, full laundry, 13k boat lift, very close access to Pine Island Sound. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a hairdryer, bathtub, and shower. (Second bathroom has large private outdoor shower). Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your vacation one to remember.

Fantastic rental and amazing hosts. The dock was perfect and very close to the channel exit making getting on the water a breeze.

We had a great stay on the water. Having such easy access to the gulf was great. Thanks so much for having a boat lift to share with guests. Made a big difference. House was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials. Having extra spices was a bonus. Thanks for making our stay a good one.

Beautiful home and location. Chris and his wife put a lot of time and effort into making their rental properties family orientated and comfortable. Thanks again for an amazing time! We'll be back!

Perfection on Pine Island!

Extremely clean, very comfortable, cute house on the canal. The house is adorable, comfy beds, great shower, decorated so cute! Nice kitchen, with everything we needed. We made several breakfasts, the hosts were very responsive, they had several vintage bikes available for us. We walked and rode around the neighborhood and over to visit family, it is near the restaurants. I biked around the corner and bought fresh stone crab claws. We were here visiting family and this was a terrific home base for us! Thank you for sharing your place with us- We’d love to stay again when we come back to the island!

Prime Location, Hosted with Excellence

Our stay was truly exceptional. Not only was the property perfect for our small family, with ample sleeping space and a fantastic layout, but our host, Chris, was absolutely phenomenal. When the AC briefly went out, he had a technician on-site within an hour—talk about responsive! The kids (and adults!) were completely captivated by the outdoor shower, making it the highlight of our trip. Location-wise, you couldn't ask for better. Nestled in the heart of the city, we easily explored local bars and restaurants via golf cart, and the proximity to the ocean made boat rentals a breeze. While there's no private pool, the island's community pool is a gem, offering incredible value for a small entry fee.

All of the Pine lsland water front neighborhoods have thier own unique vibe, and this one is no exception. Quiet and quaint, and close to everything and THE BEST sunsets you will find! And if you are here to fish… you’re literally 2 mins from deep water!

Iveta is an artist by trade and this is very obvious when you see the creativity and style she creates in the interiors of our homes. Chris had been a builder since 1975 and takes great pride in the design and quality of all of our homes. Together we believe our vacation rentals are some of the best on the island.
