The downstairs kitchen, living room, and lanai are open to an expansive greenbelt lined with coconut palms and ocean vistas, the ideal setting to grill, dine, relax, and enjoy the tropical sunshine with your family and friends. The first main suite upstairs offers a spacious ocean and mountain view deck for sunning and star gazing, an en-suite bath, a personal smart TV, and a top-quality king-sized bed. The second main bedroom also upstairs has an en-suite bath with a shower/tub, a king-size bed with tropical garden views, and a personal smart TV. The third bedroom has a queen-sized custom bed and garden views. It is on the ground floor, with a guest bath outside the bedroom. The split ductless air conditioning, ceiling fans, and quiet double-pane glass windows throughout will quickly cool you and the family after a fun-filled day in the sun.
