Other things to note:
The basement of this property has a shorter ceiling height compared to upstairs. Guests should be careful not to hit their head in certain areas with lower clearance. These areas have been marked with signage.

A lovely little place right in town. Owners were so accommodating and we were able to check in early which was so great after the long ride by car. The house is super clean and the AC worked wayyyyyy good! Thanks Peter for having us. We love your place!Christie and James

The house is great -- close to town, very quiet neighborhood, clean and cute, beds were very comfortable, and hosts were responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Our family of five stayed in Leesburg for a family wedding. Peter‘s home was absolutely perfect. He was very quickly responsive. Beautiful inside and walking distance to beautiful downtown Leesburg. It had absolutely everything we needed and we would definitely stay again. Thank you, Peter!

The property was a nice quaint cottage on a quiet side street with a very short walk to Leesburg downtown attractions. House was very clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. The lack of off-street parking was not an issue as it was a dead-end street. The host was very responsive to questions.

Awesome spot in Downtown Leesburg, exactly as advertised. We came for a wedding at Birkby House and were able to walk everywhere downtown all weekend.

Welcoming Home with Great Location

Would highly recommend this property for a stay in Leesburg. Great walkable locations to coffee, shops and restaurants. The house was just what we needed and made for a wonderful weekend away.

This place was very clean and well stocked. Very close to everything. We were 6 adults and definitely had enough space. Great having 2 bathrooms. Parking was not a problem.

We really enjoyed our stay in Leesburg at this adorable property! It had everything we needed as a family of 6, the bathroom essentials and kitchen was well stocked. Location was amazing, walkable to restaurants, breweries and cocktail bars. We would book here again in a heartbeat we enjoyed our time so much!

This place is perfect. It is so adorable and clean. Charming outside. Inside space is wonderful and laid out really well. We had everything we needed. Walked to all the shops and restaurants in the historic town district and took a short drive to Middleburg and beautiful wine/brewery country. Hard to believe its such a quick drive outside of DC. A great little get away. Well priced. We loved it.

Property was adorable, clean and in a fantastic location ! So so much right at your doorstep and downtown Leesburg is literally 3 blocks away. But the street is quiet. Host was very responsive. Parking is a bit of a challenge as there is no driveway and street parking is limited. So don’t bring a lot of cars - we had a few as we were there for a wedding but one car would probably have been ok.
