Between the architecture, the landscape, the ambiance, this property brought me back to France. We were able to enjoy our mornings watching the deer and bucks roaming through the property.The host was very communicative.

House was clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Mattresses were hard, but that’s personal preference. Host was very friendly, but stays in the basement so it isn’t as private as having the whole house.

I am sorry you feel that way about mattress and basement not privet! you and your family were gone the entire day left around 6-7 am back late from field for you daughter's shore show no one was here beside me we did not see each other then Sunday i allow you stay away longer than check out time of course you would see me and repair guy. I am very quit . I would request next guests give feet back about mattress then i will change i believe you were tired being out all day i was rider it is not easy stand on our feet. Never the less Thank you for feet back.

Marzie's house provided plenty of gathering space for our college reunion visitors. With several comfortable sitting areas and a very large kitchen table, we had plenty of places to sit and talk. The location is wonderful. We had privacy on the property and Poolesville is just minutes down the road and has restaurants that are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is a sophisticated, rural Maryland experience that our friends loved.

An absolutely beautiful home with lovely French furnishings. The home is grand, yet comfortable. The kitchen is fabulous with everything one needs for preparing great meals & is a wonderful place to gather around the farmhouse table. The grounds are lovely & I can imagine how beautiful it must be in every other season. I had the pleasure of meeting Marzie, the host/owner. She is kind, helpful & responsive. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay over Christmas.

What an amazing home on a beautiful piece of property. Unfortunately we needed a big house to accommodate a large family for funeral in nearby area. It was not a happy time for family but the home was amazing and a nice escape to come back to and relax. We had everything we needed and the hostess was available and very helpful. I really appreciate her working with us and sharing her beautiful home.
