We're truly glad to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful bayfront setting and convenient location, those are two of the many things that make this home such a special retreat. That said, we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you encountered during your stay. We understand how important even the small details become, especially when traveling with young children, and we're sorry that the lack of a bathtub and the microwave issue affected your overall experience. Regarding the bathtub, you’re correct. The listing previously included a photo taken before the recent bathroom renovation. That image has now been removed to ensure expectations are clear moving forward. Thank you for bringing that to our attention. As for the microwave and circuit issue, we appreciate your patience and are very sorry this wasn’t resolved before your arrival. Our maintenance team has since inspected and corrected the issue to ensure it doesn’t happen again for future guests. Your feedback is invaluable.
