Unwind in Spokane at this enchanting home. With 4 bedrooms including 3 queen beds and 1 king bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The 3 full bathrooms are equipped with showers and hair dryers for convenience. An additional half bathroom has laundry built into it. A large living room with a large sofa offers even more comfort and enough space for kids to sleep on if traveling with a large group. Outdoors, enjoy a fully screened in outdoor kitchen complete with a fridge, pizza oven, propane grill, and charcoal grill. In spring time we put out patio furniture so you can gather around the built in fireplace or the outdoor TV!

The house is beautiful! Plenty of rooms, bathrooms, and mirrors; which is important for a girl's trip. The outdoor space was great, we loved the outdoor kitchen.

This home is beautiful and has easy access to all areas of Spokane. Loved having a garage to lock up our bikes at night and an EV charger.

This is a nice house in a beautiful neighborhood. Easy to get to downtown, restaurants and grocery stores. Morgan was responsive and easy to work with for the few questions that we had.

The space was perfect for our needs. We were attending a conference at the convention center, and the location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive away. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax and cook meals during our stay. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Well appointed and clean. Plenty of room and excellent kitchen facilities. Tight parking if you have more than one car. Wish we could have enjoyed the terrific outdoor spaces, but weather was cold and rainy.

The hosts were absolutely amazing, both locals, made us feel very comfortable. Getting in was easy, the place is absolutely amazing, we had a group of 9, we were more than comfortable. For dinner we had friends over, about 20ish of us total and we were very comfortable, made pizza, enjoyed the hot tub. Our stay was even better than the pictures made us think it would be! Absolutely recommend!!!

Beautiful Craftsman home

We had two families, plus a few and had plenty of room. The outdoor space was delightful. Homemade pizza in the pizza oven was a highlight. It is a great location and easy to downtown, disc golf across the street, and close to grocery stores. Overall a wonderful stay. Hosts are Spokane natives and have pride in their home.

Exactly as listed. House was great. Lots of character. We had a large extended family come in from all over the country at a moments notice. Easy and helpful to navigate logistics of a lot of moving parts.

Excellent family house

We had a great stay at this property! This place is very charming yet well appointed. Our host made our stay easy and comfortable. They have thought of everything you would need during a weekend stay. Our kids loved the basement and there was plenty of space for two families of four! My only recommendation is to make sure and follow the host’s specific parking recommendations to avoid any issues.

This property was PERFECT for our daughter’s graduation party that traveled from Alaska! I have never seen such a huge sofa! The bbq grill was so convenient and the hot-tub was amazing! The hosts had great communication. I HIGHLY recommend this property for those with large groups! THANK YOU!

Gonzaga Graduation Weekend

This property is amazing. Love their outdoor areas. The mini condo in the basement is just beautiful and perfect. Location in the middle of everything. I just would say that this place is perfect for 8 adults and 2 kids or juvenils willing to sleep in the couches (10 people max.) We also noticed the lack of locks in some bethroom and the first floor bathroom.

It was exactly what we needed, love being able to walk to the Park and enjoy the flowers. The room above the garage was great for our Ensemble practices. Worked out great, floor is quite squeaky but it is an older house. Thank you.

This was a beautiful property in a excellent area in Spokane...close to a beautiful park and shopping. The house was extremely clean and well kept with lots of space, a functional kitchen, and a beautiful deck. The house was everything it was advertised to be. The hosts were great to communicate with and went out of their way to accommodate everything we needed. The check-in/out process was super smooth and we would definitely love to stay at this property in the future.

The South Hill is the nicest neighborhood that is still close to downtown and I 90 with historic craftsman homes dating back to the early 20th century and late 19th century. There are many historic mansions too look at if wandering the neighborhood and you can walk down to Cliff Park which overlooks the whole city.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

This property has a lot of its original charm from 1911. It has a lot of original built-ins woodwork and stained glass, but has been completely modernized with dual zone climate control, tankless water heater, and solar just to name a few upgrades.

Keeping up these historical homes is an investment of both time and money, but well worth it when they are modernized correctly.
