- PLUMBING IS VERY SENSITIVE - please do not flush anything down the toilet besides toilet paper. Anything other than toilet paper causes the clean out pipe to overflow and will result in a $1500 Fine.

-No smoking policy
Our smoking Policy is Strict, this is a non-smoking property, located in a High-Risk Fire Zone!

We will add an additional fine of $350 if you smoked on our property and we will claim all additional expenses of any special cleaning that may be needed, from you, according to the non-smoking Policy.

No smoking of any substance including vaping.

Photography/shootings / small events **Do not host parties or gatherings, please discuss with us in advance if you have extra guests coming and get approved. The number of guests you mentioned in your booking will be considered as the guest allowed to stay. written request beforehand - specifying the terms and Deposit amount. Please contact us directly


-Quiet hours
We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to many people. As such, we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am noise should be kept to a minimum.

-Pets
Please mention if you arrive with Pets.
We love animals and welcome them as a part of the family!
**Please note that there is a pet fee of $150 for 1 pet and $250 for 2 pets. When booking, we will request a $500 deposit and deduct the pet fee when returning the deposit. (Additional funds may be needed for cats, please inquire)
