Come see why this 17th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach II condo is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 17th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,771 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, two Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa queen for sleeping up to 12.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Very nice.Nice location. Children enjoyed Lazy River. The stove had a broken drawer and credenza in living room had broken shelves. Jets on jacuzzi were not clean.

2025 Family Beach Vacation

The property was exactly as posted on VRBO. Very clean and well stocked. The check in process was very simple. The communication with the owner was excellent. We enjoyed are stay and would definitely book again!

Absolute Perfection

Everything was exactly as described, spotlessly clean & nicely decorated. As a group, we all agreed how perfect the condo was and that we'd all be happy to stay there again. The location was perfect, not crowded & we enjoyed the lazy river and waterslide. 10/10

The condo overall was superb. The beds in the condo were horrible. I literally felt like someone had beat me up after the first night. It was like sleeping on a table. This would have been a truly excellent experience if I was actually able to sleep. Every adult with me felt the same. Folks go on vacation to get rest and relax. Please invest in some better mattresses for this condo.

It was clean and well equipped. The TV in the den area didn’t work properly despite a lengthy communication with tech support. A work order was submitted but no one ever contacted me or came to the location.I had a loy of trouble figuring out how to follow all the check-in directions online, being in my mid 70s.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is beautiful and worked well for our family of 11. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The location was ideal to the beach and restaurants.We spent one day without electricity or running water. That also meant that the toilets were unable to be flushed. I called the woman that was listed in our confirmation email at 8:30 am and left a message. She did not return my call. In the meantime time the condo was uncomfortably hot and we had water coming in through the lights in one of the bathrooms. We called again to let them know of our discomfort but were treated as though it was no big deal. The condo sent maintenance to our room and we were told “just don’t turn on the lights.” They did bring fans and a humidity machine. However with 5 machines it made our condo very loud and difficult to talk. There were cords and a drain strung across the floor. We also had a toilet that was leaking at the bottom with no help. We are disappointed that half of the time we stayed here we had issues. It’s super disappointing to spend that much money on a condo to have such major issues and there was zero follow up.

Overall we had a great experience and enjoyed the property. However, the little touches were disappointing. We have never been in a condo where salt and pepper aren’t provided, leaving only one role of toilet paper and one dish washer tablet seems cheap after the amount of money we paid for the property. We left Orange Beach and headed to a property in New Orleans. The management group left a hand written welcome letter, some snacks, bottle of water in the fridge, coffee, cream, sweetener toothpaste, mouthwash, 4 dishwasher pods, etc. This condo is more aligned with other properties we have rented. Something to consider at the Phoenix Orange Beach II property-provide a better experience for renters. Thanks!

The room and property was very clean. We had plenty of space for our party of 11. The kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool areas and the beach was never overly crowded. Overall, we had a great stay!

Very nice but a few minor disappointments. The sheets were so thin you could almost see through them. One of the hair dryers stopped working mid week. The main sliding glass door could hardly be opened by 2 men. We contacted the front desk but we heard nothing back.
