Great unit especially if you are not a fan of heights. Unit was a beautiful condo and very clean. Loved parking on the 3rd floor where our condo was only time we had to use elevator was when we went to the beach. The only thing I think it needs is a new dryer it did take at least two cycles to dry clothes even when there was not much in the dryer other than that it was perfect! I would definitely rent again!

Overall stay was fine. Unit was not thoroughly clean when we arrive. Dirt/debris under couches. Also we had sand in the drawers that are at the end of the bed. There were two broken patio chairs. One was found in one of the bedroom closets and the other chair was on the patio.

We previously stayed at this condo but something has changed. The couch was very dirty and worn with nail clippings on it, the recliner was broken and when plugged in it sparked and tripped the breaker, the master bedding was visably stained and but after washing it came clean, two outdoor patio chairs were broken, the floor was very dirty and you could see dirt and trash under several pieces of furniture. I emailed the host twice and never received a reply!!This condo is in a great location with easy access but this stay was a disappointment.

The condo was dirty! It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months! Things that were dirty: ceiling fans, baseboard, floor, dishes, sinks (kitchen and bathroom), trash can in kitchen, crumbs and dust bunnies under the furniture, and overall dirty. Dishes in the cabinet were dirty. I put quilts I had brought with us to cover the coach before I would let anyone sit down. Items were left from previous guests in one bathroom and refrigerator including a loose pill in the bathroom - it was ibuprofen, but we had small children with us, so it could have been bad.The condo was supposed to have an ice maker, but had a beverage cooler instead that had been left open and water was on the floor.It was more than 24 hours before someone came to clean and she did very little.It was a very nice condo that fit our family nicely and I would have given a great review if it hadn't been so dirty.

The only complaint we have is the cleanliness of the condo. We felt like it was not as clean as it could had been for what we paid. The floor was filthy, bedspreads were stained, and rugs were not clean. I told the host about our experience on the cleanliness and he didn't do anything about it.

Lazy River draw

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean. We booked this property specifically for the lazy river which was not a lazy river at all. There was no current to move you gently around. The toilet paper holder in one of the bathrooms was almost broken and the coffee pot didn't work. We were given one set of towels but had we needed more had to additional bedrooms we could have taken from, but if the space was full that could have been an issue. The patio chairs that went with the table were both broken. One was sitting next to the wall and the back came completely off the other chair was zip tied together. Also we were told we could pay for parking ahead of time we did but were never told to go to lobby and get a pass for our vehicle. We received a ticket on our car letting us know we needed to do that after 2 days of being onsite. The units here provide no sound proofing from the hallways or the units above you. The only sound proofing was from the ocean, the one thing you would like to hear. The views were spectacular and the location was central to so much of Orange Beach. We were satisfied with our stay but not for the price we paid. We will choose a different option for next time.

The view from the balcony was gorgeous! We didn't try the pool, but the hot tub was nice. Condo was clean and had everything we needed.

Beautiful, spacious property! Convenient location. Most everything you’ll need. But bring your own beach towels.Parking garage is easy and available but is an additional charge. 3rd space is not guaranteed.Beautiful view of beach. Chairs and umbrella set ups available for rent.

The condo has a great view! We enjoyed the easy access to the beach via a boardwalk in front of the building. The balcony was so amazing because of the great views. The condo was pleasantly decorated with plenty of space for our family. It was stocked with starter supplies, plenty of dishes and other cooking essentials. The host was very detailed with the instructions which we appreciated. We didn’t have to call the host with any issues. The only minor complaint about the condo is when we arrived there was sand on the floors. We had to dust the ceiling fan pulls. The whirlpool tub in the bathroom had black debris in it after we ran the water. One thing to note about Phoenix Orange Beach: we were looking forward to enjoying the lazy river and thought by visiting in late August, with lots of kids back in school, it wouldn’t be as crowded. This was not the case. Was not able to enjoy the pool due to a lot of rowdy guests. The pool area was very crowded all the time and people were partying in the indoor pools, using foul language and playing loud music, drinking alcohol in front of families with very young children. There were 4 middle aged adults in our party and we soon realized this building was not a good fit for us but we enjoyed the condo, especially the ocean view. Also, this building was conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, and other shops we enjoyed.

We had a great time! The listing was very accurate in its description of the rooms and the kitchen. The parking on the same level as the room was fantastic! We enjoyed the pool and the lazy river well as the balcony and the ocean view.

We liked parking on the floor of the condo. Condo was very nice with great views. 3rd floor was perfect for the view and hearing the ocean. Condo had lots of room! We will definitely stay here again.

Great location. Condo was beautiful and roomy with lots of room for our family. We loved the indoor pool and lazy river. Parking was convenient to our room.

Five retired girlfriends stayed almost a week in this lovely unit. The view from our 3rd floor unit was stellar and the deck was well equipped with 2 lounge chairs and a table and chairs for playing games! The beach is so beautiful and the lazy river is such a wonderful relaxing perk. The beds were comfortable, however, I would suggest a small step stool be placed in the primary bedroom for short folks like me to get onto the high bed without a struggle. The one thing that was such an irritant was the ice make in the bar area. It made ice, but ran very noisily every 20- 30 minutes and it sounded like a small brook was running inside the rear of it as the water ran out the bottom. That has to be a terrible waste of water. I called about it, but they said as long as it was making ice, they don’t mess with it. All things considered our stay was a very pleasant experience.
