Full kitchen with stainless steel Bosch appliances, opens into living, dining room with sliding glass doors providing beautiful pool, beach views from the condo. Sliding doors open onto the terrace with a jetted tub, hammock and table and chairs. Step off of the terrace to the infinity pool or sandy beach. Bedroom with King bed and futon. Large beautifully tiled bathroom and shower with double sinks.

Great Condo

We’ve stayed in many units at Residencias, and this is one of the cleanest/most nicely appointed condos we’ve ever had! Great stay!

Peaceful stay in Cozumel

This place was just what we were looking for. Peaceful and away from the crowds. We enjoyed the nice beach steps away from the condo and the two pools on property. The unit itself was nice enough and had everything that we wanted. Great AC as well. We booked this trip for scuba diving and our dive operator picked us up next door at the Secrets dock. Owner was very kind and extremely responsive. We will stay here again.

Perfect quiet getaway

Fully equipped, nicely furnished 1 bdrm1bth condo. King bed, great water pressure, plenty of hot water, very friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to amazing Dona Chelly delicious, resonably priced food

Love this place

Our stay was fabulous. The place was stocked well and it was very comfortable. The pools were warm and clean and the beach is fabulous. We will be returning.

Gem in Cozumel

We loved our stay! Great location, beautiful beach. Condo was spacious, spotless and fully stocked. Fulvio was readily available to answer any questions we had. We had a car rental and went into old Cozumel for dinner most nights. Highly recommend and looking forward to coming f back.

Beautiful Place 5 Star

We had a wonderful time but be aware that even though the apartment is on the ground floor, you have to go up stairs and down stairs to get to the front door. The lovely back patio is level with the ground. It is a beautiful apartment with a great view of a gorgeous property. Definitely the prettiest beach in Cozumel with 2 beautiful pools and great security. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Rental

We loved our stay at Residencias Reef. The property was well manicured and had 24 hour security. The condo was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The hosts were also communicative and readily available. We will definitely stay again. Thank you!!!!

Very peaceful!

The place was exactly as described. We came for a relaxing getaway, and that’s exactly what we got! There was a lot of seaweed, so we didn’t get in the ocean, but the pool was wonderful! We also took advantage of the jetted tub on the patio! This is a great place for a relaxing getaway for couples!

A hidden gem!

From the moment we booked until our departure, this vacation and rental has been exceptional. The condo is beautifully decorated and beyond clean. Both the kitchen and bathroom are well appointed and very user friendly. There was nothing lacking. The vibe at the resort is very laid back and chill. No loud music or rambunctious partiers. Fulvio was responsive, helpful and kind. I highly recommend this VRBO rental and hopefully will be back sooner than later!

Great location

The grounds are very relaxing. Perfect spot to walk to the Secrets pier for diving. The room was well equipped and in great shape. The only complaint is that the TVs are very small.

Cozumel

Fabulous condo and location. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it as long as we could. Martha took great care of us and Fulvio was johnny on the spot with every request we had. We highly recommend this to anyone looking for some sun and fun. We will come back.

Perfect relaxation spot

Condo was exactly as pictured. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Easy communication with facilities personnel. Easy access via taxi to city center and all other activities.

Beautiful Beach

The manager was quick to respond to all of my questions and requests. The condo was very clean and had everything you needed. It was better than the pictures! There was water, snacks and wine apon arrival. But the best part is you are just steps to the beach and pool. There is also a pier right there to get picked up for scuba, snorkel or any other boat tours. It was peaceful and quiet place to sleep and had a very comfortable bed. I will stay here again.

Quick trip to Cozumel

The place was amazing. I don't think the pictures in the listing did it justice. The security on the premises were so helpful. We couldn't get enough time in the pool looking at the ocean. We were able to use the pier for our scuba days.

Perfect Condo

Everything about this place was great. Very secure, great pool, very clean condo with everything we needed. It’s decorated very nicely. AC and shower pressure are great. Both owner and property manager responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay. Property was clean & well-appointed. When a minor issue arose regarding the room safe, the property manager resolved it instantly. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend El Chipo just down the road for oversized tacos.

Quiet Get Away!

Well kept property with a great beach just steps away! We would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing environment. The adjacent property has a pier that almost all dive companies stop for pickup!

Quiet Cozumel Gem

We enjoyed our 4 night stay. The property was clean and felt safe. The proximity to the beach and pool was perfect. The condo was well stocked. The water pressure was awesome! Air conditioning worked well. I would buy mosquito repellent next time as the mosquito were bad at dusk. And you need a car if you want to enjoy restaurants on the island, the restaurants near by are closed at 5pm.

Quiet Get Away

Lovely property away from the hassle and bustle of the city and big hotels. Spacious unit with everything that’s needed. Very nice beach and pool areas with plenty of chairs. Watch for coral when walking out into the ocean. Great communication with the owner and the property manager.
