Everything was very nice & clean except the Hot tub needed to be cleaned. Dirty and hair in it as if it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. Otherwise the condo was clean and comfortable for our family.

This house was amazing. Super clean accommodation was great for the group of individuals we had there. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The host Adam was great to communicate with & answered any questions I had. The overall all property grounds were so clean & felt very staff. We just increase more lighting outdoors but I already talked to Adam about that. Would rate this a 5 Star!! Hope to be able to come again & stay there.

Really nice house a bunch of space for a family vacation nice bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms, the tvs were a little problem, they didn't work right at first but they did work then !!!would definitely recommend these people!!!!very nice and a beautiful house well maintained

Quite a few things were banged up such as the coffee table, basketball goal, deck rail, etc but still a really nice place.

This place is AMAZING!! Right next to the playground and outdoor swimming pool. We all had such an amazing, restful, fun time. Having the hot tub was amazing. Honestly everything was great. However, there was a lot of spider webs outside patio… which to be honest is normal, I just don’t like spiders. lol. If you’re looking for a place adult, kids, families want to rest and enjoy time this is the place. Great memories were build here.

This house was perfect for a family of 20 for a family reunion trip. Spacious and didn’t once feel over crowded. The house was quiet and very functional for all age ranges.

We had a great time staying at this home! It is perfect for large groups. The home was well-stocked and very clean. The host provided quick responses to inquiries. The home is in a great location - a few minutes from the Marina and a quick drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and Branson attractions.

The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of rooms, beds and bathrooms. The house was nice and clean and stocked for our arrival. Check in was smooth and instructions were easy to follow. The house had a large family room for us to gather, a nice kitchen to cook in and lots of games to play with. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and game room. The house is located in a nice community with amenities that we enjoyed. The outdoor pool and the pickleball courts were places we spent a good amount of time at. The indoor community pool was very small for our group so we didn't use it. The house is 15-20 min from all the key spots and attractions so not a bad drive to get to Branson. We enjoyed the house and would definitely book it again!

It was good. Clean and easy to find. It not problem was that we had a chirping smoke alarm. The host respond to help but did not respond on the follow up text.

Family Reunion

We had a wonderful time the house was very nice, I should have planned a little better on the bed situation, bunk beds were a little difficult for the older generation. The neighborhood was nice, house very nice the walking trails and pool was super. We loved the hot tub overall would highly recommend.

Our stay at this property was perfect for our family. We loved that each room had its own bathroom with it and the extra space in the kitchen. Our family had 21 people total including 9 kids ages 0-13. It was great that the location was so close to the pool and playground. We also rented a boat from State Park Marina which was only 2 minutes away, so super close. We would definitely recommend this property for a large multi-family get together.

2025 Friend Weekend

Adam was incredibly accommodating and always responded quickly to any messages. The house was absolutely perfect for our large group—it’s a beautiful place! There were a couple of minor things we noticed when we arrived, like the basketball game being a bit damaged, a small holes in the armrest of the couch, and a loose toilet paper holder in one of the bathrooms. I just took some pictures and let them know. None of it impacted our stay at all—we had such a great time! I would definitely recommend staying here.

4 Generation Family Vacation

A great destination with things for everyone. The home was attractive and comfortable. We made great memories and enjoyed the private hot tub and decks, the game area, and living room (though that was small for our group). The kitchen was well supplied with table service, utensils, bakeware, pots and pans, toaster and crockpot. we appreciate these since we cooked several meals. A refrigerator up and one down was helpful.I was initially disappointed this home did not have a private pool as our last couple home did, but the slide into the pool was a big hit with our group! Bedding and linens were of a nice quality. The home was spacious.The area had a little of everything - great views and hiking, shows, restaurants, fishing charters, fun shops, pickleball on site, great donuts (Parlor Donuts gets our vote). We made our own fun as well: making pretzels, a tea tasting party, games, games, and games. We would definitely return except we are trying to enjoy various parts of the country. Too, our next vacation home will need to accommodate a larger group as we keep growing.

We enjoyed our stay. A few things could have made our stay better.What we loved - very clean, location was close to marina and state park, big house with plenty of room for all 29 of us, 2 dishwashers and 2 ovens. Beds were comfortable. Private hot tub! The decks were great and plenty of seating for meals. Lots of plates and cups. High chair, playpen and booster seats. The community pool with slide and water park was nice. Everyone loved the pickle ball courts (bring your own paddles and balls). Nice to have a starter set of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels and dish soap. Also hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms. What could have been better - the house only had silverware for about 15 people. We had to run out to get plastic silverware. Closest store is about 15 minutes away. We grilled one night and realized the propane tank was empty and the two on the front porch were also empty. We found one in the fire table we were able to use. Fresh tanks were delivered the next day. The basketball game was broken. The foosball table did not have balls. The corn hole game was also broken. We brought lawn games but really nowhere to play them. No sidewalks in the community which was difficult with a young child. A couple of smoke alarms were missing. One hand towel per bathroom was provided. No extra blankets for the beds and my in-laws were freezing. Overall, we had a great week and enjoyed our stay. Just a few disappointments.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with our family! We had 8 adults and 11 children staying together, and the house accommodated all of us beautifully. With 10 of the kids being age 7 and under, having plenty of space for everyone was especially important, and your home was perfect.Everything was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully stocked. The kitchen, bathrooms, and living spaces had everything we needed, and the few questions we had were answered promptly. It was clear that a lot of care has gone into making guests feel comfortable.The kids loved having their own areas to play and relax, and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Being directly across from the park and outdoor swimming pool was a huge bonus, and the location was fantastic—close to the public beach, marina, and Silver Dollar City.Thank you for helping make our family vacation such a special and memorable experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend your home to others!
