Our stay was short but cozy and comfortable with our family of 6. Everyone slept comfortably and Eric and his family left sweet baked goods for our arrival withessentials stocked like toiletries and kitchen staples that many rentals don’t provide anymore. The home is older but nicely updated and clean, the location was perfect for our visit to grand haven and Muskegon.

Very comfortable property. Cleanliness was well appreciated. Hot tub was clean and works perfectly (so many do not!).Very close to all things to do in Grand Haven. Would definitely stay again.

The property was thoughtfully stocked in the kitchen, bathroom and supplies for beach play. The hot tub was clean and a great space in the backyard for the kiddos to get some energy out. The location was really beautiful with the river in view from the house, and the walking path along the river just across the street.

We had a wonderful time. It rained the 2 days we were there but we made the best of it. The home was very clean and well equipped. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of space to relax. The farmers market was across the street so we purchased everything we needed for a nice dinner one night. The location was perfect for shopping. We hope to return again.

This property was perfect for our family getaway! The house was so cozy and clean. It was stocked with everything you could need. The pack n' play and high chair were greatly appreciated and the swingset was fun for our daughter as well. The hot tub was amazing! Perfect way to end the day. Highly recommend!

The place was very clean, updated and nice. It was beyond our expectations and we enjoyed staying here a lot. Very close to downtown Grand Haven, plenty of stuff in walking distance and a nice view of the river. The backyard was much bigger than we expected. I would definitely stay here again.

Eric was very responsive and attentive during our stay. The home was cozy , clean , and perfect for the weekend getaway. The home is so close to the lake and state park which added more attractions within a small distance to enjoy. We lived our stay and will likely visit again in the future.

The property was very clean and including the hot tub even though we didn't use it. Batteries in the remote were dead and he brought a bag of batteries within an hour to fix the issue. Beds were comfortable as well.

Perfect for a weekend get away for my daughter’s 16th birthday! Check in was easy. Hot tub was clean and relaxing. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Located close to great food and fun shopping destinations. Host was kind and responsive!

Bach trip to Spring Lake

5 girls stayed fri-sun for a weekend getaway—property was super cute, very clean and hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond to messages. I would definitely stay here again if we make it back to MI. Thank so much!!

House is comfortable, great bed, nice bathroom, kitchen had everything we needed and TV had lots of options comfortable couches. Did not use the hot tub or get out in the neighborhood, very rainy and windy. Eric answered messages quickly. I would stay again.

This beautiful retreat in Spring Lake was perfect for my Easter stay/mini family vacation in Michigan. The home was beautiful, spacious, very clean & decorative with a fully equipped kitchen (including seasonings for food), games, toys, a fenced in yard with a swing set and rock climbing wall that my grandson enjoyed, along with a large jacuzzi that was perfect for the cool weather! The location is perfect with the lake just a few steps from the door and super walmart only 10 minutes away. This was the perfect home away from home getaway! Thank you Eric for your quick responses, last minute adjustment, & hospitality!

Mom and littles weekend

This was a perfect little space for a fun weekend away. The hot tub and fenced in backyard space was perfect, and the location was off the beaten path enough to feel safe but close enough to all of the places we needed to go. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs, which was important to us. There was also a nice grill available which was not shown on the listing! I will say there was a wedding next door with live music and entertainment on Saturday night which we found to be cool, but it was rather loud at times. If that bothers anyone maybe ask ahead if there are any events planned during your stay! Overall we would definitely return.

Felt very welcomed the minute we walked in with a tasty treat and hand-written message from the hosts. The home was clean and comfortable. Having been to the area before, we appreciated the location of this home because it has walkable areas in Spring Lake as well as being close to Grand Haven. Host was responsive and we had a great time. Will be back!
