Recently remodeled and fully furnished cottage in Spring Lake.

Please ask about reduced long term rental rates between September - June!

This completely furnished three-bedroom, one-bath, sleeps 6 (1 queen bed, 2 full beds, 2 twin beds). Fully equipped with all bedding, kitchenware, and washer/dryer for additional convenience. As a bonus, you'll find many board games, movies, and books...just in case of a rainy day!

This quaint cottage is a great retreat for someone with a fast paced lifestyle. Relax in the private, fenced backyard with a deck and outdoor patio with furniture, hammock, and charcoal grill.

Our cottage is close to the Lakeside Trail (a paved bicycle/walking path) which runs throughout the tri-cities area, leading you directly to downtown Grand Haven and Lake Michigan! Minutes to the lake, walk to antique stores, close to shopping and dining! Take our paddle boards (2) and kid's kayak (1) (and life jackets) to the end of the street to get into Spring Lake and enjoy some time on the water. We are close to sand dunes and many great hiking places (North Ottawa Dunes, Kitchel/Lindquist/Hartger Dunes Preserve, Rosy Mound Natural Area, JP Hoffmaster State Park, Ottawa Sands County Park)

Family friendly with pack-n-play, high chair, and lots of toys for kiddos.

Great location, about 5-10 minute drive to Grand Haven state park beach. Comfortable beds and nice to be able to bring your dog. Would stay again!

What a great place to stay with dogs in Spring Lake! We loved having access to paddle boards and a place to launch them just a couple of minitutes walk down the street.

We enjoyed our visit at this cottage. The kitchen was well-stocked and the pictures on the listing are accurate. It was nice having access to fenced-in yard for our small dog. The two bedrooms upstairs worked out well for our four daughters and the youngest two girls enjoyed the reading nook. We didn't spend much time at the cottage, as we were enjoying all that Grand Haven and Spring Lake have to offer during the holiday weekend! We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We stayed here 6 nights in August. We chose this cottage because it had a fenced in yard and the owner allowed us to bring our small dog. It was quite comfortable and clean with many convenient amenities… full kitchen, laundry room, beach gear, smart tv, and a little deck off the master bedroom. We don’t have little kids but it was filled with art supplies, board games, DVDs and a super cute book nook upstairs in the middle of two small bedrooms. Spring Lake is very nice for walking, biking and kayaking, and the house is just minutes from downtown Grand Haven and about 10 minutes to the beach. We loved the Village Baker for breakfast and dinner too. Everything is excellent but be sure to get the breakfast pizza and Bavarian pretzel!

This is a nice property located on a street that dead ends on Spring Lake. Lovely for birding. The kitchen is completely equipped, there is room for the family and there is the sweetest book nook stuffed with books for tiny tots. It was a magnet for the grandkids.

Back yard was perfect for pets. Need to extend it hand rail at top of stairs, lower guide on bathroom door a grab bar in tub area, all minor items. We were very pleased with property. Thank to everyone who made it possible.

We love staying here. It’s cozy and comfortable for our family and the backyard is great with our dogs. Close to everything but tucked away on a quiet street.

The house was as described. There was road work going on the week that we stayed and the owner gave us a discount as a result, which was unexpected but very nice. The location was perfect for our trip. Cute house.

Stephanie was absolutely wonderful. Great communication, and answered all of our questions. The home was clean, and had a lovely layout and a great bathroom! Beds were super comfortable (great sheets), and we were nice and cozy during the snow storm!

For our first anniversary in 2005, we planned to go to California's wine country to celebrate. At the last minute, we decided to save some money and visit Michigan instead. We found a cottage online and were having such a wonderful time on our trip, that we called a local Coldwell Banker Realtor and asked to see some homes. Before we left, we had purchased this cottage and have loved it ever since! OK...so, it wasn't cheaper than a California trip, but has made many more memories!!!

We love Spring Lake...it is a quiet location and still close to everything we wanted to do on our vacations. We are able to ride our bikes on the paved path, go to Lake MI and enjoy a beautiful beach, frequent Grand Haven and Spring Lake shops (our favorite is an independent book store in Grand Haven, plus several great antique shops!), enjoy many restaurants, and have quiet days and nights in the backyard.

Our favorite part is surely the ability to be in the back yard, get to the lake and Grand Haven, and nice nights on the town! In the back yard, we can nap, play games, read our books, my husband paints, and we never have to leave! However, there are plenty of places to go for dinner and drinks! Walk along the board walk to Old Boys Brewhouse and dine on the patio overlooking the lake channel. Or, drive a couple miles west on M104 for restaurants such as Village Baker and Two Tony's Italian Kitchen and Wine Bar! We have frequently gone to Snug Harbor in Grand Haven and enjoyed our meal from their deck while overlooking the lake, or have a nice lunch at Kirbys from their great roof deck!! We can easily get to many hiking spots, or enjoy U-pick fruit farms such as Rendeer's (blueberries) and Rasch's Cherry Farm (cherrys, peaches, apples, sunflowers and more!).
