ENHANCED CLEANING AND SAFETY PROCEDURES: The health and safety of our guests is our primary concern. Therefore we have implemented new enhanced health and hygiene standards to provide you with a clean comfortable space so you can have your vacation with peace of mind:

- A fully contactless check-in and check-out procedure is implemented.

- Rigorous cleaning protocols matching or exceeding CDC recommendations are

implemented by fully trained staff using EPA-registered and medical grade cleaners.

- All high touch surfaces such as light switches, door handles, AC panels and TV remotes are fully sanitized at each cleaning.

- Surfaces that cannot be sanitized using cleaning products will be sanitized using UV-C disinfecting lamps.

- Your unit will be fully inspected and sealed prior to your check-in.

TAX

The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 18.712% to be paid on all transient accommodations. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation. (Subject to change);



Taxes are paid to the state of Hawaii and County of Maui based on the guest’s dates of stay. Any changes to the current tax rate will be charged or refunded to the guests depending on the increase or decrease.



OCCUPANCY:

Additional Guests of any age (infants and toddlers included) are strictly prohibited without prior approval. If approved, a fee of $100+tax per day will be added to the reservation for each additional guest.

One infant is allowed without additional fees.
