I highly recommend this beautiful home. It was clean, family friendly, wonderful host, and fully stocked. The kitchen was a dream to cook in, everything you need in a kitchen……so well stocked. Wonderful bedrooms and beds and plenty of bedding. Bathrooms were well stocked also with plenty of towels etc. Great BBQ area and outside seating. Just all around wonderful home and a wonderful host!!

Best home around Bear Lake! I hate to say that because I don’t want to share it with anyone else but truly, this home is a hidden gem! Not only is the location top notch, but all of the small thoughtful features of this home is beyond measure. It’s fully stocked with EVERYTHING you need, the access to Ideal Beach, the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms and the game room downstairs. It’s really perfect! It’s perfect for our entire family with different ages, needs and personalities. I really can’t talk about this house enough! The entire family loved it! We are already talking about scheduling our next visit and staying here!

The house is super nice, clean and comfortable. They have a lot of toys and games. The rooms are set up nicely to accommodate families.

This was literally the best VRBO experience we have ever had! The house was beautiful and so well stocked! It had everything we could have asked for and more. We were able to check in an hour early and having an 11:00 check out was so nice! All of the furnishings were so comfortable and we spent a lot of time with kids playing on the grass and the rest of us chatting on the porch. The welcome book was loaded with ideas of where to eat and things to do or visit! The pull around driveway was so easy to park our side-by-side and jet skis, making everything so smooth. The last thing I'll mention (I could talk all day about this place!) is how responsive and helpful Ken and Shane were! We will be back next year and hopefully for many years to come! Thank you for putting so much thought, time, and effort into your beautiful home and then sharing it with other families!

We have been in property management since 2004 and are excited to be hosting this spacious home above the beautiful waters of Bear Lake. We love the outdoors ourselves and love the time we are able to spend with each other and our families recreating in the Mountains, lakes, and unique geography of Utah. We especially love snow and water skiing, hiking, biking, and camping. We have history in nearby Fish Haven, and are very familiar with the area. Don't hesitate to ask us for recommendations to nearby sites and attractions.

We chose this area because of our love of the nearby Cache National forest and proximity to the clear waters of Bear Lake. We also enjoy the atmosphere of the nearby town center of Garden City, UT, with its unique restaurants, diners, and shopping. We are confident you will come to love it as much as we do.
