The perfect house in the perfect location! There are views of the lake from the upper floor, and spacious grassy yard. Located just a block off the walking trail, you can walk to the beach, or downtown to get a raspberry shake. Walk down the trail to the public beach off the city park. Easy access to Bear Lake State Park and Marina, Rendezvous Beach and North Beach.

This house is perfectly set up for a large group. There are 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. Two family rooms and large yard area give you plenty of room to hang out.

The kitchen table seats 8 as well as the dining room table. Two picnic tables on the deck and patio furniture provide comfort and space for dining.

The yard is a a full lush lawn. Enjoy the volleyball net, badminton, bocce ball, or relax around the gas fire pit and roast marshmallows. Free super fast WiFi, DISH TV.

We loved having our reunion at this property! The house was clean and well-appointed, with lots of thoughtful touches. The owner responded quickly to messages, both before and during our stay.

This was a large , well accommodating home for an extended family gathering . The home was well built with good sized bedrooms , closets, and bathrooms .The beds were comfy , the eating area large , and cooking area was fantastic .The garage and backyard had games for the cousins .We loved everything about this house !

Great stay for our group of 24, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the air hockey table in the garage. Home had everything we needed. Host is very easy to communicate with and responds quickly!

The property was just what we hoped for! There were 22 family members and had room to spread out. The backyard had plenty of space and the fireworks were perfect to sit and enjoy with the privacy in your own backyard! The hot tub was a hit and well maintained! The driveway was a little tight but we made it work! Two fridges were great and worked well for 6 family! We will be back…. Family all agreed!

18 members of our family recently stayed here for 4 nights. 8 adults and 10 children (ages 2-18). We had a wonderful time. The home is beautiful, and obviously well cared for. Plenty of room for everybody, and plenty of things to keep everyone busy and happy when the weather didn’t cooperate.We have stayed in AirBnB’s / VRBO’s in a bunch of different places around the world. We are accustomed to finding 1-2 rolls of TP, maybe 1 roll of paper towels, 2 or 3 garbage bags, and 2 or 3 towels. Which usually meant a quick trip to a local market to make sure we had enough of these to last for the duration of our visit. Not so here. There were lots of everything we needed, and no market stops were necessary.The kitchen had everything, and in some cases 2 or 3 of the same items. We always had everything we needed to cook for our group, and everything worked. The home is a 5 minute drive from ‘downtown’ Garden City, which is always fun for a visit (or 3)!Our host checked in a few times to make sure that all was well. Nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Family reunion

Kitchen was well equipped with all we needed to fix meals for 22 people. The host was there to answer any questions about the area or the house. Very enjoyable stay!

Great place, perfect location

Our family group of 15 had plenty of room for sleeping, eating, etc. Enjoyed backyard with hot tub, games, songs around the fire.

Bijou Family Getaway

The property is well maintained and very clean. The location is great! We enjoyed spending time at the local beaches! The home is very comfortable with 2 nice family rooms and a well equipped kitchen. Great views from the back deck and patio. Time around the gas fire pit with family was very nice!

Perfect place

This property was the perfect companion to another in the SnowMeadows subdivision. It was clean and well taken care of. Mike communicated often and was a great host. Would definitely stay again!
