Cleanliness is something we take seriously, and I regret that the condition upon your arrival was not up to standard. I wish you would have let us know upon arrival so we could have sent our cleaning team back over to make things right. We are also reviewing all TV remotes to ensure they are clearly labeled, functional, and equipped with working batteries. You’re absolutely right—details like the floor level and washer/dryer location should be communicated clearly. That is why in all of our messages leading up to our guest arrival we clearly state that this property is a penthouse and we send out a guidebook at booking letting our guest know the location of washer/dryer and that is paid. Your comments are helpful, and we are taking steps to prevent these issues going forward.
