The links is a quiet gated community in Port Royal Village. Our villa is a bright and comfortable one-story open floor plan condo that is on the fairway of the 7th fairway of the Barony Golf Course.

The Carolina room and the master bedroom look out on the golf course. The large master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bathroom and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, private bathroom, and a window seat. The third bedroom has twin beds and a full bathroom. Our kitchen is well equipped, and the laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer.

A gas grill is on the outdoor deck between the villa and the separate two car garage. The patio is a great place to eat outdoors. The two-car garage has the golf cart for trips to the beach. Beach chairs along with pool and beach toys are kept in the garage for your use.

The family room has a cathedral ceiling with a flat screen TV, DVD player, wet bar with a Keurig, and free Wi-Fi. Keyless front door entry allows you to drive directly to the villa upon your arrival.

The Islander Beach is a short ride in our private golf cart. The beach park has a playground and restrooms. The Links has a community pool which is close to our villa. Hilton Head has many tree lined paths for walking or bicycling. Our villa offers all the comforts of home in a wonderful vacation spot.

Parking is available for only two vehicles.

We are close to excellent restaurants, great shopping, tennis, short walk to the Westin Resort, cinemas, and of course Starbucks. Day trips to Savannah and Charleston are also excellent getaways.

A great house with lots of room for everyone. The golf cart is a nice addition, it made going to the beach very easy. The house was very clean and had all the things you need to make your visit complete. Very clean and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back. back!!

Cozy little house. Perfect location. Pool is a short walk around the corner and the golf cart is perfect to go to the beach and back. Beds sleep nice and house is fully equipped for cooking! Great place to stay.

We have been coming to HH for many years and always stay in South Forest Beach, but we were so happy to have found this wonderful place! It was super clean, had all the beach necessities you could ever need and having the golf card for the beach was amazing!! It was so convenient to jump on and park right at the entrance to the beach. Having three bathrooms was a wonderful perk as well! And let me just mention the beds, this is the first time in a very long time that my husband and I were able to get a good night's rest without waking up achy from a terrible mattress! We had everything we needed and more! Margie is a wonderful hostess and has the best instructions for everything! We will be back!!

Lovely getaway

House was clean, the floors could have been a little cleaner. I would suggest putting cookie sheets and pizza pans also pizza cutter. Overall the house was well worth the money.

Lovely Vacation

This condo was perfect for our family of six! It was very nice and clean, close to beach and pool, and restaurants! The golf cart to ride to beach in was the icing on the cake! We highly recommend Links 9b for your next stay at Hilton Head Island!

Wonderful Weekend Stay

We were very satisfied with our stay here. We found everything to be just as advertised. Check in and out was seamless. The house was clean and comfortable. It was actually larger than I anticipated. It’s close to the neighborhood pool and using the golf cart made our trips to the nearby beach super convenient! We would definitely love to stay here again!

Great Location

Very nice property. Good location, short walk to the beach. Golf cart is a great addition to explore the nearby area. No beach towels provided so that would be a nice consideration to add in the future.
