Welcome to Hawaii! Your ultimate tropical vacation awaits you at Plumeria Hale, the quintessential beachfront 2-bedroom condo with partial ocean views, located on the west coast of the Big Island. Maximum occupancy strictly enforced in accordance with local ordinances.
The Space:
Housed within the resort of White Sands Village in the gorgeous town of Kailua-Kona, guests will get to enjoy a plethora of onsite amenities including a shared BBQ pavilion, billiards room, community pool, and hot tub. You are also ideally located for days spent exploring the island and enjoying nearby activities. Magic Sands Beach Park is simply a stroll across the street, Keolonahihi State Historical Park is a quick drive up the road, and downtown Kailua is a short and scenic drive up the coast with dining and shopping options.
The bright and airy condo is equipped with everything you need for the perfect stay. A spacious and comfortable living room provides sofa and armchair seating, with a large smart TV when you’re ready for a break from the sun and fun. Steps away, the generous kitchen includes all appliances and cookware necessary for whichever type of meal you’re enjoying, including a toaster and drip coffee maker. High-top seating at the kitchen counter can accommodate 3 for formal meals or quick bites on the go.
If you’d rather spend your time outdoors, enjoy the fresh ocean air and scenic partial ocean views on the covered balcony offering café style seating with Adirondack chairs for 2 as well as an al fresco dining option with a table that can seat 4.
This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, private deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a large vanity and walk-in shower.
The home also includes an additional guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use.
Washer and dryer in home.
Assigned parking is available in the parking lot for 1 vehicle.

Use drying rack on lanai not railings
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.
Attention: For safety and cleanliness, infants who are not potty trained are not permitted in the pool. Please use the designated kiddie pool for children who are not potty trained.
Please note: Any accidents in the pool will result in a closure of 5-7 days for cleaning and a $2,500 fine. Diapers, including swim diapers, do not prevent contamination from occurring.

But when you’re ready to get out and explore, you’re minutes away from the very attractions that draw visitors to the island. Kealakekua Bay is one of the best snorkeling spots in the entire state of Hawaii due to its spectacular coral reefs. Keauhou Bay has some of the best snorkeling on the planet, with the night dives among Manta Rays being an experience you’ll never forget. Explore Hawaiian history when visiting the nearby petroglyphs, ancient rock carvings dating all the way back to the 16th century.
When in Hawaii, you must of course make the most of the many beaches, hikes, and water activities available. Make sure you also dive into the unique culture of Kona, where coffee shops source beans straight from Kona coffee farms, Big Wave Golden Ale is brewed fresh at the Kona Brewpub, and local farmers' markets are teeming with artisan goods and just-harvested produce.
