Welcome to the best location White Sands Village has to offer. This premium unit is located on the 2nd floor & faces DIRECTLY towards Magic Sands Beach.
This amazing corner unit has a massive wrap around lanai with incredible views.

Unit#213 has 1020 interior square feet with a 416 square foot lanai! New Vinyl Plank flooring installed throughout the living room. Ceramic tile in the bedrooms! Washer & dryer in the unit! It comes with a covered parking area under the building for 2 vehicles!

This one of a kind unit features a Queen Sized Bed in the Master Bedroom & 2 twins in the 2nd Guest bedroom.
Excellent choice for 4 people! The property has a fully equipped REMODELED KITCHEN with bar stools & a full sized indoor dining table to enjoy your meals. Care to hear the waves while you enjoy your morning cup of coffee?! Outdoor table & Lounge chairs on the large lanai as well! NEWLY REMODELED BATHROOMS COMPLETED IN DECEMBER 2023!

White Sands Village is Kona's Premier Vacation Rental destination with ocean and mountain views. It's located directly across the street from Magic Sands Beach; the only white sand beach between Kailua & Keauhou.
The complex has a beautiful pool & spa area, lush tropical landscaping and two tennis courts. Other amenities include a paperback library and pool table area.
A large covered barbecue area located by the pool with four barbecues. White Sands Village is located between downtown Kailua and Keauhou where there are theaters, grocery stores, shops and restaurants!

There is no Air Conditioning in this unit.

Good family vacation unit

Overtall was a good location with great beach views, noisy at times but also fun to view the beach activities. The unit itself need updating, the quality of the basic amenities was not as expected, in short, a critical look at the unit with some basic upgrades would make a big difference

City life in Kona

Loved our stay. Kitchen had basics plus lots of cooking utensils (need an ice cream scoop). Pool, sauna, and ocean across the street as advertised. Condo comfortable and even luxurious with two bathrooms. Very loud vehicles and music well after midnight especially on weekends. View from the lanai is the best part of tthe place!

Great Location

We loved the lanai and the view and walking across to the beach was a highlight. Appreciated the boogie boards that we could use and some other beach supplies. The pool was also great! We had a fabulous time!

Great Vacation Spot!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great stay at White Sands Village. Property has a great location right in front of the beach. Unit is very clean, up to date and well stocked. Management company was good at communicating throughout our stay. This unit is right in front of the action, so you have great people and car watching. This does make the place a bit noisy, with the waves crashing and the car stereos driving by. We enjoyed the action, but some may not. Overall a great unit.

1st Hawaii Trip

Perfect location and has an awesome view of the ocean. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking items you'd need on vacation (not food). I would stay here again for sure!

Tolle unterkunft

Wir haben unseren aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der blick vom balkon war sensationell. Ausstattung sehr gut, alles vorhanden was man brauchen kann - grundstock in der küche, genügend handtücher und strandtücher, beach chairs, sonnenschirm und diverse andere strandutensilien. Das apartment war sehr sauber. Leider fährt der lift nicht ganz hinauf und es gibt keine klimaanlage, mit den ventilatoren und geöffneten türen waren die temperaturen aber ok. Lage ist spitze als ausgangspunkt um die ganze insel zu erkunden. Sehr schöner strand vor der tür.

A good place to stay overall

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great location and I was really happy to stay in apartment apart from below concerns. • It was too difficult to find the apartment. There are 2 separate building but not interconnected. Both are interconnected if you walk. I almost spent 30 minutes to find my unit. • Lockbox was also too old. Once it got out, It didn’t went back again. • Ceiling was too low. I believe it should be less than 7.7 feet only and on top of that there are fans. I was folding my blankets and somehow my hand went into the fan. I was lucky that fan was not in full speed and my hand was saved. • Before travel, I called customer service about what we will get in the apartment. Person said I should not expect anything. Because of this we did lot of extra packing and forced to buy a checkin back with my flight. When I reached there, I found everything what I was looking for like extra towel, ICE cooler, umbrella. If I would have right information, there was no need to pack so much extra and no need to buy extra luggage with my airline.• I was forced to buy insurance which costed my additional $50 which was also a waste for me. I am not sure if I saw any policy document. • I should not complaint about AC as it was told me earlier that unit doesn’t have AC.

Fantastic Beach Front View!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was in the perfect location! The location to Magic Sands beach was superb and cannot be beat! The corner lanai was perfect for early morning coffee and watching the sunrise (in the east) and sunsets over the water at night. The condo was beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and utensils and having beach gear available to use was an added plus! Being right on Ali’i drive comes with road noise all hours of the day. No Ac didn’t bother us as we kept curtains closed during peak heat times and left doors open to air out condo at night. Box fans were also available to help with heat. The condo was clean and kept up well. The showers could be updated, however, they were clean, functional and didn’t bother us one bit. The staff with K&A were awesome! They answered all of our questions promptly and checked in frequently to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The location to most popular spots was only about 10 minutes in either direction which was perfect for us! The Magics grill across the street is fantastic as well! We loved our extended stay here and would most definitely stay in this condo again in the future!

Unbeatable Location

Unbeatable location just across the street from Magic Sands Beach and a wrap around lanai to take in all the views. Enjoyed the lanai from morning coffee to catching every sunset. Very clean and comfortable with well equipped kitchen, linen and beach essentials (towels, boogie boards). Even without AC, the cool ocean breezes keep it comfortable especially with the ceiling fans throughout. Short drive to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Be sure to pack ear plugs since the crashing waves and traffic sounds can get loud. Great place, would definitely stay here again.

Great condo

This is a great condo, clean & very well equipped. The views from the huge balcony are beautiful! We enjoyed the amenities, especially the pool and the pool table. When we arrived the beach was very sandy, but while we were there the surf came up with waves 12-15 feet high that took all the sand away. When the surf is high, this beach is way too dangerous for the average person to boogie board in, but it was fun to watch the experienced surfers and boogie boarders riding the huge waves right from our balcony. The only downside of our stay was that the park across the street is currently under construction, so not only couldn’t we use the park, but also there was a lot of noise from the construction. From what we saw, I’d imagine this construction won’t be done soon, at least a few more months. This was disappointing, but did not take away from our trip overall. We had a wonderful time & would definitely book there again.
