This is a darling home with lots of impactful details.We would request hand towels in bathrooms and a few dish drying towels in kitchen.The stairs are very steep, and there are lots of them! Thank goodness for hand rails.I believe it was stated that a washer & dryer was available, be we didn't find one?Parking was a little challenging.Cute area -seemed safely walkable.

You didn't reach out to us regarding washer and dryer of the laundry room Yes, we do have laundry room for guests to use. However, it's only available for renters booking 7 nights. Unfortunately, you stayed only 4 nights. It was why you didn't have an access to it. You can go back and check our listing. Have a nice day.

An excellent location for enjoying the lively vibe of Mississippi Ave. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and bars. The home is comfortable. The street parking was only a challenge on Friday and Saturday evenings, otherwise we parked in front. The backyard was great for hanging out and visiting. The staircase from the street to the main floor, and from main floor to second floor are steep. Not a problem for us 60 year olds, but my 90 year old Mom wouldn’t have made it up them. Tam was very responsive to our questions. We would stay here again!

You really can't beat the location on this house. It's walking distance to so many great shops and restaurants. The home itself is minimalist, but functional and comfortable. The backyard seemed to be lovingly cared for with its flowers and fruit trees. We really enjoyed the two full bathrooms, as they made it our group of five. Check-in and check out couldn't be an easier. Overall, we would happily stay here again.

The house was clean and as advertised. The location great, near Mississippi Ave. and Williams Ave. with so many restaurants in walking distance. It was nice to have three bedrooms, very comfortable mattresses. Our only complaint by all three of us is the the pillows were way too thick. We would use it again.

The house was very clean and well appointed. The garden was stunning with so much care given to this aspect! The location was excellent - close to the highway (far away that there's no noise), close to the airport, so many excellent restaurants within walking distance! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The parking was available - no issues with that. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! The house is very comfortable and in a great location, within walking distance to some excellent restaurants and shops. We would definitely return when we are back in the Portland area.

Tam is a fabulous host. The most accommodating, concerned, communicative host I’ve ever encountered. His place is pristine clean, mattresses are comfortable, backyard is a haven, location is perfect for a visit to Portland. I highly recommend!

Lot's of great food near by. Beds were great place was super clean. The furniture is a little stiff and there are rugs which mad the floor a little cold in the winter. Overall, good place and location!
