The home was perfect for our group of 10. More than enough space for everyone to get ready for the wedding we were in town for and great property for outdoor games/enjoying the water.

We had a really great stay here for our lab retreat. The property was beautiful, spacious, and such a nice setting for our group. The property manager was also incredibly helpful and very quick to respond whenever we had questions, which made everything easier. A few things to suggest. Some of the listing photos could use an update; the Wi-Fi took a little while to figure out at first; having clearer checkout instructions could be very helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this property.

This property is great. There's direct water access, huge lawns, tons of toys in the garage, and the houses are comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

My family really enjoyed this beautiful property on the water. We enjoyed using the s’mores ingredients provided by our hosts around the fire pit. The guest house worked out perfectly for my daughter’s family. We’ve stayed in many properties and were really impressed with how well stocked the home was with essentials such as paper towels and basic kitchen items.

Perfect for our extended family’s stay - plenty of room to relax and unwind, spacious kitchen and outdoor space. Best of all: the waterfront with loads of kayak/paddling/floating options (some even paddled down to Evelyn’s for dinner). We enjoyed gorgeous sunsets - some viewed from hammocks, others the swing, others on the water. Time by the fire, s’mores to cap it all off - it was a wonderful getaway with an easy drive to Newport for those who wanted the beach/shops/dining out. Would love to visit again!

This is a spectacular property with gorgeous water views and grounds. At the same time, Michael's home is very comfortable for an extended family. Lots of room to spread out and a very well stocked kitchen. We were a group of nine ranging in age from 1 to 67. There is plenty to do right on the premises with access to boating and swimming off the dock. And the house is conveniently located to beaches and shopping. The guest house is really a bonus for extra space and privacy.. the property managers were extremely attentive and quickly responded to any questions. I hope we can come back for another vacation here!

Wonderful property. We know the area well, having once owned a home in Tiverton. The house is incredibly private - the grounds are screened from neighbors by beautiful trees. You hardly notice you're near Main Rd. Only the noisiest motorcycles or cars are heard, not a bother. And the grounds are beautiful. Back lawn especially with bucolic view across the pond framed by trees. Hammocks, dock, fire pit, Adirondack chairs, bench swing, large lawn for games, and comfortable seating on back porch area with grill. Property slept party of 14 - three generations aged 22-88 - comfortably, though those in the guest house have to be OK with a little less privacy (one bathroom and semi-open floor plan). Kitchen is spacious and well outfitted, all beds very comfortable, A/C is super nice. House tidy and clean. And property managers Anne and Terrence couldn't be better. We will definitely consider coming back.

A beautiful stay for families. You can spread out in the two homes in the property. The place down by the water for fires.. is wonderful. We had a wonderful time and made many memories.

Absolutely amazing experience. Location was perfect and the communication with the host was ideal. Really awesome location with convenient spots. We all had a great experience and appreciate the hosts hospitality. The outdoor space is the highlight for sure!

Great property

We really enjoyed out stay in Tiverton. The house was well equipped, we enjoyed the kayaks and canoes, and yard was perfect for yard games and hanging out.

Beautiful memorable week

The house is gorgeous. Perfect location for outdoor activities. We did a lot of fishing. Close by to shops, restaurants and Newport. The week was just perfect. Ann was very accommodating, helpful, and responsive. Fantastic Vrbo experience!

Idyllic escape!

Beautiful location!

beautiful property and private location. we had lots of space for gathering of family and friends. the kids enjoyed the guest house. Everything we needed was there. kitchen supplies were great! our favorite part was waking up with a beautiful view of the water!!

Perfect setting and location!

We booked this property for a multi-generational family trip, it was the perfect setting and location for all ages. We loved having easy access to all the local attractions. We kayaked, canoed, watched the sunset from the hammocks, sat by the fire everyday! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and community with us! We will be back!

Family fun in Tiverton

The property was great, being so close to the water was so nice. 10 degrees cooler down by the water. The kayaks and all the games were so nice to have. The house fit us well and so glad there was air conditioning. Anne was wonderful to work with. Our family had a great time.

Tiverton vacation

Our family had a wonderful vacation here. Plenty of room and privacy. We had great weather and enjoyed being outside. Well equipped house. Could use some TLC and the bushes need trimming. Anne and Terrance were very accommodating.

Fantastic stay!

We enjoyed every part of our weekend. We booked to accommodate friends and family for a wedding at Blithewold and this was the perfect spot. Lots of comfortable beds, a large kitchen, and a stunning setting on the water. We had a fire in the firepit, kayaked, and walked over to Evelyn’s for lobster rolls. The caretaker, Anne, was gracious and easy to communicate with. Thank you for a great weekend!
