This place is wonderful! Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Lots, LOTS, of communal space for socializing. The kitchen was large and very well stocked. And everything was immaculate when we arrived. No problems. No complaints. Only compliments. My buddies and I loved our stay.

The house was incredible! We had about 14 people join us and it was the perfect setup. The kitchen is excellent and very well stocked. We used the pool, the porches, the grill. We even took the bikes out for a ride on the beach. Highly recommend!

This is a gorgeous home!Close to the beach that enabled our family of 20 to have a magical, relaxing week.Our group ranged from 2 months to grandparents and the house was comfortable for all. The kitchen is well stocked. We have been renting homes for more than 10’years thru VRBO and this is the most beautiful, comfortable home with the most gracious hosts we have experienced. Highly recommended !

Our family of 8 adults and 6 children under 10 enjoyed a great week in this beautiful home. It is very well stocked and includes a number of convenient items for the beach so that we didn’t have to bring as much fromhome. The host is very responsive and immediately took care of any questions we had. The location to the beach access was great and even though we were there during the high season that area of the beach was not crowded.

Beautiful spacious home close to the beach. Best mattress we've experienced for a rental. Large open kitchen to the great room and nice relaxing spacious decks. Megan is a wonderful host.

Fantastic home perfect for large groups

We had a mother/son (college age) trip and the house was perfect to accommodate our large group. Very easy beach access. Every room is lovely and we had a great time!

We have stayed in a variety of houses on IOP over the last 8 years, and this house easily outstripped them all! The house is spacious and well appointed, right down to the kid-friendly plates. The tree house feel of the main level, together with the large open kitchen makes it a place where people like to hang out. Megan is an exceptional host. Any question we had was answered (and resolved) in minutes. Instructions for anything you could think of were laid out simply and completely in a spiral notebook and throughout the house. The house really is steps from the beach and the path is lightly traveled and almost magical with its foliage before you step out into the sun. Our multiple generations of family had a wonderful time. Bravo! And thank you!

The home is great for a large group. The kitchen is large and was the morning and evening gathering stop for our group of 17. The neighborhood is very safe and the walk to the beach is very short. My entire group all agreed we would book the house again in the future.

One of the things guests consistently appreciate is how easy and safe it is to walk to the beach, along with the quiet neighborhood setting. Amazing place and wonderful host

The house was very clearly recently renovated and is in great shape. We had a group of 20 and felt like we fit comfortably with plenty of space to talk and eat. There is plenty of outdoor space as well and the kids enjoyed the various games on property. The host is extremely responsive as well.

Our stay was nothing short of magical! The host, Megan, was so inviting, accommodating and responsive! She made us all feel so welcome. From her impeccable communication from the very start, to the welcome card, dropping off a pack & play, ease of checkout, I could go on and on. This house gave our family such an amazing opportunity to all get together under one roof with cousins and new babies…the memories will last a lifetime. Family Times

Great property. Loved 2 dishwashers, huge refrigerator and the ice maker was the best! Having lots of beach towels provided plus bikes, boogie boards and beach chairs was very helpful. Very easy access to beach. It was great that the kitchen could seat at least 12. Host was very responsive. Would rent again!

Beautiful Coastal Oasis!

Megan’s house was wonderful for our group of old college friends. The house was the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything we needed and was extremely organized. We loved the pool, mini golf, and the record player was a fun touch! Megan was very responsive during our stay we are already planning to return next year. Thanks Megan!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Isle of Palms home! Our group of 19 women spent 4 days there, and the house was absolutely perfect for a large group. It was spotless, incredibly spacious, and decorated beautifully — elegant and welcoming without feeling overdone.The amenities were outstanding: the pool, sauna, putting green, elevator, and multiple decks with plenty of outdoor seating made the whole experience feel luxurious and relaxing. With three floors, everyone had plenty of space to spread out while still having wonderful gathering areas.One of the best parts was the location — it was just a very short walk to the beach, and the house was stocked with everything we needed for beach days, including beach chairs, towels, a beach cart, and bicycles. Those extra touches made everything so easy and convenient for our large group.Megan the owner was fantastic to work with from start to finish. She provided tons of helpful information about the area before our trip and was always responsive. On our first night, we thought the elevator wasn’t working (completely user error on our part!), and she came over within 15 minutes to help us and show us how to use it.Everyone in our group raved about the house the entire trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for large groups looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and well-managed property in Isle of Palms!

Grand Stay at the Grand Palmetto!

Just wow! Our entire family had such an incredible time staying at this exceptional, beautiful home! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how magnificent and well-amenitized this awesome space was for our visit. They literally thought of everything! Mini golf, heated covered pool, well-stocked kitchen, the list goes on and on. To top it off, our host ensured our trip went without a hitch, and we couldn’t be more thankful. Our 4 boys (ages 1 - 4) loved every minute of it, and the convenience of being next to the Wild Dunes Resort (without the resort fees!) really solidified this home as a true IOP “oasis”. The only downside was the sad reality that we had to leave, but we will most certainly be back! Thank you thank you thank you!

Beautiful Home & Great Location

We rented this home for our annual family summer gathering & had a wonderful experience. The home is beautifully appointed with a very large, well stocked kitchen ( eg Keurig, electric kettle, blender), clean & comfortable bedrooms, and plenty of spaces for folks to read, nap or play games. The young adults loved the crows nest to hang out at night, and the putting green was a fun diversion while we were grilling steaks. Beach access is next door with a straight shot out to the water (we rented umbrellas & chairs, which were conveniently set up right off the beach access boardwalk). Plus, Megan is an excellent hostess & made the entire process a breeze…we especially appreciated the welcome note with Pellegrinos and coffee. Such a gracious touch! This place was perfect for us & we hope to return next year. Thx so much for a wonderful week!
