Our Coastie Cozy Cottage has been a relaxing getaway for our family for years. We loved loading our wagon with beach supplies and walking just a few blocks down to the beach. A min walks to our 2 local favorite eateries, Billy Mac's Bar & Grill for Fish & Chips or Chowder or Mexican or to Osprey's for morning lattes, mimosas and their travelers breakfast menu. A few blocks to golf, a mile to downtown Broadway, and just a 1/2-mile to the Surf Cove and just 1 mile to the Tillamook Head trail.

Great location, nice yard for dogs, cooking equipment needs upgrades. Seems like a great spot for a young family. Thresholds between rooms could be a trip/fall hazard for elderly people. We had perfect weather and the beach was gorgeous.

The cottage is cute and clean. We loved our stay there with our toddler. Appreciate that the host has sand toys and a wagon for guests to use. Location is perfect that it’s to close to the beach.

Thanks for sharing your cottage with us! It was a wonderful place to stay. Very warm and welcoming, perfect for our family of four. It had all the comforts of home and was very clean. Great little deck out front to enjoy a cup of coffee and breakfast on. The location was fantastic...quiet street and just around the corner from a couple great places to eat and the beach. We loved having access to the bikes. Our kids had a blast riding on the Promenade. We had an amazing time and look forward to our next stay at this cute little cottage!!!

Great location! Loved being close to the beach and easy to get to town. House was as described/photos, and was especially clean. Appreciated all the kitchen items that made cooking meals a breeze. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

The place was perfect for my family. Full kitchen, dining room table for us all to eat at. Nice back yard to hang out and play Corn Hole and PIG!! The Pac-Man machine was fun to play. Only 2 blocks to the beach and boardwalk. About .75 miles to downtown Seaside. I would stay there again and recommend to my family and friends.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to our friends. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. A short walk to the beach and the kids liked being able to walk to the market for snacks. Also had a nice fenced-in back yard for our dog.

We spent two nights here. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The bikes were a great addition and we biked the Prom. The Pac-Man game was fun and we enjoyed listening to the vinyl records. The host was very responsive and took care of a minor issue quickly. House is a quick two block walk to the beach and just around the block from a well stocked market. We love Seaside!

Wonderful Stay

Best location for beach access and short distance to downtown. Host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Place was very clean and sent a list with everything that was included and that wes needed to bring. Would absolutely stay again.

Really lean and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped. Excellent location, a very short walk to a an excellent restaurant (Osprey Cafe) and a market that is open late. Really appreciated the quiet backyard and the beach toys provided!

Weekend getaway

It was such a great home to come in and stay at.It was the perfect amount of space for us 2. The bedrooms are a little small but the house made up in space in the dinning room and back yard with all the amenities it offered. We loved that it was a short block away from the beach

Back in Seaside

My family has stayed in Seaside quite a few times over the years but never this far south. It was very nice and quiet. The house was very clean and the back yard was well secured for the dog. The best review I can give is that I would stay again.

Wonderful Home!

This was a great place to stay in Seaside! Perfect walking distance to the beach and good restaurants, but on the quiet side of the city. It’s a quaint home, very clean, and the owners went out of their way to communicate and give recommendations. The beach chairs, beach toys and lawn games were a bonus, as our two-year-old was with us. We would definitely stay again!

Hello & Aloha from Arnie & Malia Jacobsen. Arnie was born and raised in little Nehalem, Oregon just 20 minutes south of Cannon Beach. Malia was raised in Honaunau, Hawaii in a little town south of Kona. We love raising our daughter Pualani on the lovely Oregon Coast. Our business area includes Gearhart, Seaside, Cannon Beach & Arch Cape. We enjoy walking around the beaches year-round, swimming in the creeks during the summer warmer months, or surfing. Some of our favorite hiking spots are Oswald West and Ecola State Park from Crest beach to Indian beach. Everywhere we go we see someone we are connected to. From going to the post office, grocery shopping, having a meal, or just shopping. Which is why we started our business Kukui House Services here. Kukui means “light” in Hawaiian. Kukui “Light” House Services. We help owners with their rental or private home, and our guests so they experience a wonderful stay. Our clients tell us we are friendly, have quality cleans, and are responsive.
