We were surprised to later see a much broader list of complaints that were never communicated during the stay, as we would have welcomed the opportunity to resolve them in real time. Our goal is always for guests to have a great experience, and we work hard to maintain and improve the property for the many families who stay with us throughout the year. As a beachfront home that experiences heavy family use, there can occasionally be cosmetic wear between updates, but cleanliness, safety, and responsiveness remain priorities for us. During your stay, the only one issue that was reported to us was a plumbing leak. As soon as we were notified, we had a repair professional at the home within hours to resolve it. The other concerns described in this review were never reported to us during your stay. We encourage guests to let us know immediately if anything needs attention so we have the opportunity to address it promptly.
