The setting for this home was beautiful with incredible views of the surrounding cliffs. The home itself is great and the host and hostess could not be warmer or more helpful. It was fine with us, there’s no dishwasher if that’s a concern.

Best. Place. Ever! So glad our hiking group found this house! Everything was perfect and Hank was so helpful! He even gave us places to hike that were off the beaten path, and fantastic sunrise and sunset locations! I recommend this house to anyone going to Zion!

One of the best places I've ever stayed! The house is wonderful, inside and out. There's ample space for large groups of people to be together, again, inside and out. With everything the house offers, you never need to leave the property. Location is perfect for those that want to visit parks. But, you don't need to leave the property to go on hikes and take in the amazing views Utah offers! While the property itself is fantastic, it wouldn't be quite the same if not for the host, Hank. Hank is PHENOMENAL!!! From answering all my questions, right from the moment I booked the property, to greeting us when we arrived. Hank was kind of enough to offer and take us on some hikes on the property. I cannot recommend Zion True Villa North enough!!!!!!!

Hank was a wonderful host! He not only sent me detailed information prior to arrival, but took the time to chat over the phone so I could plan our stay- it was so helpful. The house was very comfortable and peaceful. You could see all the stars at night and go on some lovely hikes around the property during the day- it's right in Zion NP! There were also several nooks around the property to relax and find peace. Really a great place to stay and reset. Thank you Hank and Mariangela for sharing your place! We'll be back!

Great location and Great Host. This is a special property surrounded by Zion National Park. It is an off-grid experience, so do not expect "Four Seasons" accommodations. However, the location and ambience make this an exceptional place to stay to have the full Zion experience.

Unbelievable! Even more beautiful in person. You literally feel like you have been dropped in the middle of Zion National Park. Waking up to the sun rising over the mountains and setting over the sagebrush is an incredible experience. If you have a group with varied abilities, folks who remain at the property while you are out and about will be super happy. Take advantage of the short, on site hikes. The Host is very knowledgeable and willing to share "what not to miss" ideas.

Hank and Mariangela were so accommodating and amazing! They make you feel like family not just guest. The property and home is an added bonus to what you will receive by staying at the villa. The most beautiful night sky’s and sunrises I have ever seen. Our family didn’t mind the 25 min. Drive into Springdale (Zion tourist area) because coming home to the Villa was well worth it. There is hiking and climbing out the front door. Horseback riding down at the bottom of the mountain. If I could give this rental 10 stars I would. We had 4 teenagers and 4 adults with our crew and the villa fit us perfectly. Plenty of room to spread out when needed. We will stay here again.

Perfect Zion getaway

Fabulous location and hosts, couldn't recommend more highly as a perfect Zion getaway for our group of 6 hikers allowing us to avoid the crowds while soaking in the scenery surrounding this comfortable home.

Friendly environment!!

The owner was super friendly , he was kind enough to help us when we got lost and was able to guide us on little hikes around the area. The house was nice and relaxing.

Perfect stay, perfect owners, perfect property!

The villa was full of amazing amenities, a wonderfully stocked kitchen and very thoughtful owners who gave us plenty of privacy but also helped us get down the mountain when we got snowed in! This was truly the perfect property and perfect experience! The hot tub overlooking the mountains was superb! The beds were comfy and the temperature of the property was cozy and warm.

Peace and Nature

We spent a peaceful few days in nature and family. Perfect nights and majestic nature. Beautiful home but would recommend over 3 years or older. Communication is above and beyond!!! We would live to visit again!

Amazing

This is the best VRBO I have ever been to! Hank the host is amazing and helped us plan an amazing trip for my wife's birthday. The pictures of this place are great but cannot do this place/location justice. I would HIGHLY recommend this place if you are planning a trip to Zion.

Perfect retreat!

Very cool property right in Zion with amazing views and lots to do in the area. There is a separate area with bedrooms and a large common space filled with lots of musical instruments which my 2 kids really loved. Hank and Mariangela were amazing hosts and so helpful with recommendations for local hiking areas and restaurant recommendations. We loved every minute of our stay here!

I took my grandchildren (aged 18-35) on vacation in Zion National Park. When they entered the house, they were 'wowed'. We loved the Southwestern decor. It was cozy and well-equipped. We cooked each night in a lovely kitchen. We relaxed in the hot tub with a stunning view of the mountains. Hank was a friendly and informative host.

AMAZING!

Sitting in the hot tub and watching the mountains change color as the sun sets was just the most beautiful sight. Our stay was wonderful, Hank and Mariangela were the greatest of hosts, saying this, after having stayed at many VRBO properties. Peaceful, tranquil, and soothing to the soul, this property is a fantastic place to stay with easy access to all Zion has to offer!

We stayed here for our anniversary. The view you have is unbelievable. The place is as described and is beautiful. You are right in the cannons and you won’t be disappointed. Owner was great throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Paradise

The property, Hank the owner and the surrounding area all 5 stars! You will love this piece of paradise! Special attention to detail of this villa will leave you not wanting to ever leave. The hiking in the surrounding area is amazing, and you pretty much have these hikes all to yourself. Do not hesitate, book this property!!!
