Kings Beach is a wonderful community - great views and lots of shopping opportunities. The condo is in the center of it all. Plenty of room throughout the condo to spread out. We did not use any of the amenities - but appreciated the washer/dryer availability. There are "community" bears that do wander through the parking area frequently - DO NOT leave any food in your vehicle. The master bed was one of the most comfortable beds we stayed in and the sheets were wonderful. There are three floors in this condo - so lots of up and down - but totally manageable.

Great Getaway!

We loved this place, very well taken care of. Enough beds for everyone, six of us. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we might need, coffee makers, Tea pot, pots & pans, Barbecue, very nice!

Fantastic condo in North Tahoe

This condo was the perfect spot for our family of 5. We had all the comforts of home and the location was close to everything. We would definitely stay again! Owner was very organized and left very detailed information that we found extremely helpful. Great stay!

Well priced vacation rental in great location

We had a great time staying at this condo for 2 nights. Our kids really enjoyed it. It was also nice that there was some equipment to borrow if one wanted. I'm really glad I made the choice to stay there, even though it was a blizzard nearly the whole time.

North shore get away

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is very clean and suited our needs. The location is excellent. Close to the lake, close to the shops, close to the grocery store. The family and I had a really great time. Thank you for everything.

Wonderful Location; Beautiful Property

Overall we loved this property at Tahoe. Super convenient to beaches and the grocery store. Comfortably fit our family of five. The pool was great. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and laundry.

Fantastic Place!

We've stayed at many units in this complex and this one is far and away the absolute best we've seen. Completely updated with lots of amenities. If you are skiing Northstar you can't beat the location. We will definitely be back!

My husband and two teens had a great stay. The condo is very cute and clean. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen. There was plenty of room for the four of us, We were there to ski at Northstar and the condo is a quick drive to the resort. We received clear instructions from the owners. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Birthday Trip for Daughter

Comforts of home

Wonderful property! Well stocked and well anticipated for what a family may need. Very Clean and convenient location to shops, market, Picnic Rock hike, Kings Beach, Sand Harbor Beach-an easy drive. Adam was terrific and prompt with communications-we'd love to come back.

Great stay

We were 2 families including teens. Had a great stay, the house is as advertised, very cozy and thoughtfully furnished. Kids loved the loft! We had a small water leak issue that was addressed promptly. Recommended!

Family Friendly Tahoe Condo

Perfect home base for a Northern Tahoe Family getaway. Close to amenities and recreational activities. The condo had enough space for my family of 5 to relax comfortably. The loft game room was a plus for the kids. Affordable, would definitely consider renting again.

clean, spacious, close to skiing

This place was great. It is enough room for a family of 6. Many games and entertainment for kids. Nice new kitchen....close to skiing. We had a great time and would stay here again.
