Beautiful setting and clean townhouse. Perfect for the 2 of us . We were able to go in a little early and was notified that it was ready . Would absolutely recommend and return

Anniversary Getaway

We spent our 1 year anniversary here. It was the perfect getaway for the two of us. Mimosa Mile was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. We can’t wait for our next visit!

The beach was great except for a younger group that was blasting music nonstop.

There were several issues with property, mainly WiFi. Units WiFi was down when we arrived, and not back up until 10am on the day before we left. We were able to tie in on another unit ran by host, but it the signal was not very strong. Also unit , and decking, could use some updates.

So we love St.george island and the people! However, the Ac discharge leaking off of front door got dripped on trying to get in. Was fixed 2 days later. Toilet was like 1 ft off the ground. No real pans to cook with imo. And don’t get the fishing/beach cart they offer for a charge, pos. Horrible location cause we have stayed in this local and it is wonderful, however this unit disappointed us.

The condo was nice, well furnished with great entertainment options on the flat screen. Best options so far. We were so lucky too, you can't stay at the beach all day so we had to return for a break. The condo boardwalk was being replaced and the dumpster was right out side our patio, so we got to hear the loader beeping most of the day, plus the workers were using a chain saw to cut the boards to fit into the dumpster and loud music to make the worker's day better, so no napping. The workers were not slack either stared at 7:30 am each morning so no sleeping late. The patio exit was blocked off in spite of Florida vacation rentals (short-term rentals) requiring two means of escape to comply with state life safety and fire codes On top of all this Forgotten Shores scheduled the bug exterminator to spray our condo during our visit. They assures us we would not smell the poison, but we gave it a pass anyway. Do yourself a favor and give this property a pass this season and possible the next. They have a lot of work to do,
