This adorable cottage home is awaiting you and your family or friends! The perfect spot to create lasting memories. Nestled on a private wooded lot - mid island, close to the crabbing dock and kayak launch. Simple living all on one floor! The open floor plan is terrific and gives the home a wonderful, spacious flow from room to room. Enter and be captivated by the soaring ceilings and sky lights. Lovely wood floors and ceiling fan give an instant homey feel. Comfortable furniture centered around the fireplace (decorative only) welcome you to gather with your family and plan out the day. The kitchen has an open pass through with stools on the living room side. Stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and tile floor are ready to be tested by the most discerning of chefs. The back of the house is the open living area where large French doors and windows immerse you into the natural flora just outside your doors. The dining area of this room has a table for six. Both the family room and dining room give you access to the outside deck. Hang out in the family room and watch the large 65"Smart TV. Just off the dining area, you can head through French doors onto the screened in porch. Sit under the ceiling fan and watch for the nightly deer feeding in your backyard. Or curl up in the chair with a good book. Access the outside deck from the screen porch. A gas grill is available to you.
Absolutely NO PETS IN THIS HOUSE - owner has a severe allergy. A $500 additional fee per night will be charged if evidence of a pet is found.
This home has three bedrooms. The master bedroom is an en-suite with king bed. Tall ceilings make this room feel larger. The master bath has a granite topped vanity and shower/tub combo. Both guest rooms have queen beds and ceiling fans. The guest bedrooms share access to the hall bath with its granite topped vanity and large walk-in tiled shower. Blow dryers are provided in the bathrooms.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel with less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you loose your funds. If we are able to rent it, you receive what we can rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
