The patio has a stainless steel BBQ grill that uses propane and an outdoor dining area

LIVING AREA:
Formal dining room seats up to 6
Living room has sofa with a large TV.
KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen with Stove-oven. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, cookware, glassware, refrigerator, freezer, and microwave.
BEDROOMS: (2)
The Oceanview Townhouse sleeps 4 guests in comfortable beds.
Pac and Play and high chairs provided.
Premium air mattress on request for a $25 delivery charge..

If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it.
PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.
PARKING: Parking for One (1) car is included, parking for a second vehicle is $25/day. (Maximum 2 cars)
PETS: Pets are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

Parking was super easy, and right at our door. I couldn’t believe how close we were to the water….I mean literally a one minute’s walk.

If you are looking for a place that is right where all the action is then this is the perfect place for you! It was so convenient to be able to walk out the front door and go. The fridge has an ice maker. Beach towels, chairs and even an umbrella are provided so all you need is your sunscreen. Communication with Veronica was quick and amazing, excellent customer service. Thank you ValGal for hosting us, we had a great time!

Super clean! Accommodating. Great place to stay . I was disappointed there was no laundry on site but the host had a property very close with coin op laundry . It was fine . The air in the second bedroom didn't work . I bought a box fan. The air in the main area works really well. So it wasn't too big of a deal. Small detail is they didn't leave enough toilet paper or paper towels. . Me and my family had a great stay and would really recommend this beach house for a small family. Absolutely wonderful

It was a great value for the money and just steps away from the beach. The place was fully equipped, and we really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for my family—we love being close to all the entertainment, and everything was within walking distance. Parking on site was also very convenient.The host was responsive and even allowed us an early check-in, which was incredibly helpful since we were exhausted from traveling.The only downside was that we couldn’t locate the washer and dryer, but we also didn’t reach out to ask. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay again.

The location was wonderful and the rental was as expected. Steps from the beach. We had everything we needed to enjoy the property, snd it was clean. Thank you for the wonderful time.

Perfect location on Hollywood Beach
We had an amazing week at this property. Only a minute walk to the beach and everything we needed was within walking distance. House was perfect size for our family of four. We cannot wait to come back again!

They stay was very good and relaxing. The location is great and the parking is perfect. The only problem was the beds. They were very uncomfortable and we had to purchase some bed pads to get a good night sleep. Other than that is a great place to stay!

Awesome week. Steps away from the beach. Easy check in/check out. Easy communication with Chris. Kids bedroom AC was a little warm, but we left the bedroom door open and used the box fan in the closet.

3 night stay
Great location. Only given two rolls of TP, no bath soap or shampoo. It’s a no frill unit but a great patio and 100’ to the Broadwalk We will be back!!!

We had a great time during our stay in Hollywood. The house was just as expected, a perfect, quaint beach house. The house was clean and had what we needed. There was a small misunderstanding on where on the driveway we were to park. It turns out multiple people utilize the driveway and apparently we had a specific spot on the driveway to park. We were unaware until the owner knocked the door to let us know. Not a big deal. Thank you for letting us stay at your property. We would definitely stay again.
