Great location! Walk to boardwalk and beach what about 75 feet-amazing! Parking was Convenient and we loved having beach chairs and an umbrella! Ac was nice and cold. Lots of shops and places to eatClose by.

Very nice 2 bedroom apartment. Really enjoyed how close the room was to the beach and activities on the broadwalk. The building has a very nice outdoor area where we enjoyed eating outside.

The location was perfect. Just far enough away from the noise but close enough to enjoy the party. Host was extremely accessible and responsive. The condo was clean and stocked with all your basic needs. Enjoyed our stay!

the unit had humidity in the bathroom, it was super dusty under the beds and my daughter is super allergic to dust, the bathrooms are really uncomfortable, the location was great , you can walk to the beach from the patio, but the beach was really not good to bathe, was full of seaweed and the host never mentioned that, since we are not local, when we asked he mentioned it was all over east coast, We actually went to Collins and 1st ave and that was totally opposite, all nice and clean shores.I had never seen such a horrific scenario .

You could not ask for a better location! This place is really a bare bones accommodation, even down to the decor, but great for a short beach trip. Highly recommend if you’re just looking for a no-frills place to shower and sleep.

Very close to the beach! Location was perfect. The property isn't quite as good as the pictures. It was a good experience, however not a five star experience.

Lovely location, good amenities, very comfortable accomodations. March was quite helpful in getting us situated and ready for any questions we had. Really appreciated waking up and being able to walk outside to see the ocean.

Marco was always on call to answer questions and always very helpful. The place is just off the Broadwalk and had nice beach chairs, towels and an umbrella for our use. Bathrooms were a little small, but everything worked fine and the beds were comfortable. It was nice having a kitchen and full size refrigerator. Will definitely stay again!

Our host Marco was wonderful. He made sure we had everything and gave great recommendations. The property was clean and literally steps from the ocean. We didn’t need a car at all. The place is bare bones, but is clean and has more than expected. The beach towels and chairs were an awesome bonus and it saved us money. I would surely return. We had a great time!

Great beach access

This was a no frills place to stay, perfect for anyone traveling and planning to spend time on the amazing and SUPER easily accessible beach or out in town. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

The place was just as advertised: clean, well-equipped, and steps from the beach! We loved cooking and eating there, and being right on the beach.

The location was perfect! Beds were comfortable and the communication between host and I was incredible. Highly recommend this place to stay.

Great location. Great value for the budget vacation stay. Would have liked a family room and separate entrance for each room. Great for a family, but traveled with other couple. We Prefer higher end accommodations. The pictures were a bit miss leading. Great Location! The views and local pubs and food venues were very good.
