The unit doesn’t have any AC in the bedroom and the unit in the main room wasn’t working and smelled terrible The dish washer isn’t level and will fall on your feet so be careful I now have a very swollen big toe

We take all guest concerns seriously and make every effort to address them professionally and promptly. Throughout this reservation, we remained available to address the concerns raised. Following checkout, our cleaning team confirmed that the AC was cooling properly and that the dishwasher was level and functioning normally. The matter has also been reviewed with VRBO. We stand by our commitment to maintaining our property and providing a safe, comfortable experience for our guests.

This was my second time going to Vanessa’s place and I love it. The place has a perfect location, just across the street from the beautiful siesta key beach. The place is very clean and it has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Vanessa is very friendly and quick to respond via phone or message. I will definitely going back and strongly recommended to anyone who is looking for a perfect beach vacation

The proximity to the beach and the Village is amazing! We spent mornings enjoying the beach and afternoons by the lagoon pool. Everything at the unit was as expected. This was our second time staying at Gumbo Limbo and we'll be back. Virginia is a wonderful hostess.

Everything was excellent. Host could not have been nicer and responsive even though we had some problems with the Vrbo system. The place was clean, quiet and unique. We loved it and will be back!

The Hibiscus Suite was very clean and nicely decorated. The grounds and pool area are beautiful. Great location close to beach.

Great stay!

The property was nice and clean, super close to beach access, and walkable to Siesta Village. The place was just as described and check in/check out was seamless. Highly recommend booking here!

Beautiful pool and excellent location

Perfect location! The Hideaway Suite is ideal for a couple. We enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach and restaurants and shopping are less than a mile away.

Great Property!

Our unit was the perfect size for my husband and I. The location was great!! We were within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants.

Perfect place for two

Great beach getaway!

The property is adorable and super clean. It had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. Great location with an easy walk to the beach and town. And, Victoria was a wonderful host! We hope to stay here again soon.

Nice location

Very good location, nice pool, had everything we needed. The bed and shower need upgrading. Over all I would stay again.

Fabulous!

I can't wait to stay here again. The location is perfect, right across the street from the beach, walking distance into town or the trolley stop is right on the corner. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Perfect island get away for two.
