Enjoy access to the outdoor heated communal pool and explore the nearby trails, all while being just a short drive from UTC or downtown.

We have taken great care to ensure that you have everything you need to feel at home during your stay.

★Living Area:
As you enter the condo to the right, you will find a fully equipped open kitchen overlooking the living room and sun room.
The living room features a couch and side table. The dining table comfortably seats 4 guests.

★Kitchen:
Pods and trash bags provided to start you off.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, stove, dishes.

★Bedroom:
Bedsheets provided.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, 2 night stands with lamps, and a walk-in closet.
Enjoy the convenience of your own private slider leading to the sunroom.
The guest bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, 2 night stands with lamps and a closet.

★Bathroom:
Each bedroom features their own en suite.
Primary bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, one sink and toilet.
Guest bathroom offers a shower-tub combo, sink and toilet.

★Sunroom:
Inviting sunroom where the indoor and outdoor meet, for your pleasure.

★Laundry:
In unit washer and dryer.

★Parking:
1 parking spot included.

★Pool:
The Longwater Chase community offers 1 pool for your enjoyment. Please note that pool temperature may vary depending on outdoor conditions, and during colder weather, it may not always reach the desired setting. The pool is heated seasonally in accordance with Homeowners Association guidelines. Guests are kindly asked to follow all HOA pool rules, including posted hours of operation.

★Amenities:
Longwater Chase is centrally located in The Meadows, a quiet enclave in popular Sarasota where you have access to a plethora of walking & biking trails, and all that The Meadows Country Club has to offer.
The Meadows offers several packages at an additional cost which gives you access to the golf course, clubs, restaurants, swimming pool, fitness center, pickleball courts and more.

★Location:
Great location as well: 10 min from UTC mall, 25 min from the famous Lido Beach or 30 from Siesta Key, 15 min from downtown Sarasota.

★ High Season Booking Policy (January 1 – March 31)
This rental is available by calendar month only, with check-in on the 1st of the month. Guests may book 1, 2, or more consecutive calendar months. Thank you for your understanding!

★Important Notes & Rules:
HOA Application needed for all reservations - Approval required to check-in, HOA fee of $100 included in booking fee. The fee amount is subject to change
Please, book at least 10 days prior to check-in to allow for the HOA Approval.
Parking Restriction per the HOA: no trucks, commercial vehicles, trailers or motorcycles can park overnight.
No pets allowed (HOA rule).
Non smoking, no parties.
No swimming in lakes
For your safety, swimming is at your own risk, and children must be supervised at all times.

★Add-on:
Traveling with a little one? We offer a Pack 'n Play for use during your stay for a one-time fee of $50. This includes clean, fitted sheets for your convenience. Just let us know in advance if you'd like to add this to your booking!
