The apartment was very clean. It was priced reasonably. It was also close to the beach & the tram was a plus. We watched manatee & dolphins from the dock. We would definitely stay here again.

My family all talked about how much they enjoyed Sarasota when we got home. Best aspects of this rental: king bed in the master bedroom is really comfortable!! The location is convenient to the beach and quiet. The private pool is a plus, and sitting out on the back lawn watching kayaks go by is fun. The kitchen had what we needed, and the towels, paper products, and beach equipment also fit our needs. The host answered messages quickly. Check-in was convenient. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! Easy walking to the beach and when we felt like going into town for some fun or food, we hopped on the free trolly. Our kids enjoyed the pool and did some fishing on the pier! The condo was clean, comfortable, and they supply extra beach supplies which is so helpful to not have to pack or buy extra stuff! We hope to be back someday!

Parking was great. My kids did not want to go in the pool because "it was cold and had a lot of bugs". Distance to the beach was awesome. Location was great. The property was a bit outdated but was still an enjoyable place to stay. The beach accessories that were made available were also great. There was a wagon, chairs, and umbrellas which made the beach much more enjoyable.

This is our second time staying here and we had a wonderful time. We spent most of the days dropping our paddle boards into the water and paddling down to midnight pass. The convenience of being close enough to restaurants but still being far enough away to enjoy our quiet time was a perfect mix! Can’t wait to return!

It was just 0.2 miles to Turtle Beach, with plenty of parking. We enjoyed being south on the island with very little traffic and noise. The house was comfortable including the master bed. Some of the appliances were old but in working condition. Enjoyed having covered parking with plenty of room.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay and wanted to stay longer. Great location away from the crowds and very short walk to the beach.

Quiet & Convenient: Near Turtle Beach

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this spacious property, ideally located within a short walk of both the lovely Turtle Beach and a convenient trolley stop. Condo had everything we needed, very clean.

Always a good stay

Its close to Turtle beach and Kayak rental and Trolley. I have stayed here before! One of my friends slept on the sofa and was very comfortable

Living the Florida life

Our stay was awesome. The villa is close to everything; beach, restaurants, shopping and, yes, manatees! Older place, but very clean and comfortable beds.

Great Place

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation there. Everything close by and trolley is awesome! Quiet and relaxing. We had everything we needed!

It was a nice place with the pool at the house and the beach within 10 minute walking distance. Night fishing off the dock bending the house was nice. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you!

Great time

Close to the trolley station which was nice. Quiet neighborhood, Turtles on the Bay restaurant is across the street and was really nice if you don't want to deal with the trolley. Place was clean and nice.

Month stay

Quiet area of Siesta Key with trolley access. Very comfortable bed and great communication with host. Pool is beautiful but not heated. Enjoyed sitting by lagoon and watching the dolphins. Would stay again.

Perfect location

Place is a little old. But you couldn't have a better location. Vic was excellent to work with.
