Just beyond, sliding doors open to a large private balcony—your front-row seat to sunrise coffees and sunset cocktails.
The fully stocked kitchen is ready for everything from seafood feasts to quick snacks before a day at the beach. An open flow into the dining area allows effortless entertaining, with a table seating six and a breakfast bar offering four additional spots for friends and family.
The relaxing Primary Bedroom is a true retreat, featuring a plush king bed, ample closet space, and private balcony access to let in those fresh, salt-air breezes. The en-suite bath boasts a standing shower, garden tub for soaking, and plenty of storage—plus, all linens are provided for your convenience.
The Second Bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and plenty of storage, perfect for guests or family, while the delightful Kids’ Nook promises fun and comfort for the young (or young at heart) with two sets of twin-over-twin bunks. A second full bathroom, conveniently located near both the kitchen and bedrooms, features a tub/shower combo and is fully stocked with linens.

PARKING: Each unit offers covered parking for 2 midsized vehicles. Be sure to park in the correct space designated for your unit. Please refrain from parking in another units designated space, on the grass or street or your vehicle could be towed.
PETS: This is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site may result in fines or possible eviction.
*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.
*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, , to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee.
