Relisted! This charming home is full of character and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay on the North Coast. Whether you choose to unwind at the house or explore the stunning local area, you'll find all the comforts of home. It's within walking distance to shops, restaurants, Cal Poly, and downtown Arcata.

The home features three bedrooms and two full baths. The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a full bath and shower, plus a sliding glass door that leads to a small deck perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The other two bedrooms each have queen beds and ample closet space.

The living room offers seating for six, a large TV with Roku and streaming apps for your entertainment, and a gas fireplace for cooler evenings. Two stunning stained glass windows add a touch of Craftsman style charm.

Enjoy formal meals in the dining room, which comfortably seats eight. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a double built-in oven, electric/ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, blender, and plenty of cooking essentials. Plus a dishwasher and garbage disposal for your convenience. We provide coffee beans as well!

After a day of exploring the North Coast, relax in the infrared spa or hot tub. Outdoor seating areas for eating outdoors in the fully fenced yard with a BBQ for those who love to grill.

If you feel like dining out, there are lots of great choices for restaurants and food trucks and they can all be reached on foot.The home also features a binder with some suggestions for food and activities.

This home is beautiful. We especially liked the Hot Tub. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. It is a very good location for walking to the plaza and elsewhere. I highly recommend it.

We loved the house! It had all the amenities we needed. It was clean, plenty of plush towels and the hot tub and sauna were so fun for our family. The location is perfect with an awesome market in walking distance that has organic veggies and delicious prepared foods, smoothies, coffee drinks and a large selection of beer, wine and soft drinks. My only suggestion is for a child proof lock on the door for the hot tub. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Amazing house. So close to everything, we parked in the driveway and walked everywhere. Didn’t use our car again until we left! Hot ub and sauna were a nice bonus!

Amazing house right in the center of Arcata. The house itself was a dream, especially the enclosed space for the sauna and hot tub. The kitchen was fully equipped and we made good use of it. Everything was spacious, clean and comfortable. We’ll be back!

Host was amazing I'd give it 5 starts but I could tell the cleaner didn't wash the sheets In the far bedroom! Would recommend regardless! Amazing bath and shower and hot tub/sauna

Hi Elie! Thanks for leaving a review, but we do wash all linens and towels after every departure! I personally clean the home so I can ensure this. Unique property and convenient location!

This is such a cool house, very comfy and very unique! Had everything we needed and the location was perfect, lots of places to walk to and easy to drive to multiple state parks and the redwoods. The property manager was very helpful and easy to contact!
