Relisted! This charming home is full of character and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay on the North Coast. Whether you choose to unwind at the house or explore the stunning local area, you'll find all the comforts of home. It's within walking distance to shops, restaurants, Cal Poly, and downtown Arcata.

The home features three bedrooms and two full baths. The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a full bath and shower, plus a sliding glass door that leads to a small deck perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The other two bedrooms each have queen beds and ample closet space.

The living room offers seating for six, a large TV with Roku and streaming apps for your entertainment, and a gas fireplace for cooler evenings. Two stunning stained glass windows add a touch of Craftsman style charm.

Enjoy formal meals in the dining room, which comfortably seats eight. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a double built-in oven, electric/ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, blender, and plenty of cooking essentials. Plus a dishwasher and garbage disposal for your convenience. We provide coffee beans as well!

After a day of exploring the North Coast, relax in the infrared spa or hot tub. Outdoor seating areas for eating outdoors in the fully fenced yard with a BBQ for those who love to grill.

If you feel like dining out, there are lots of great choices for restaurants and food trucks and they can all be reached on foot.The home also features a binder with some suggestions for food and activities.

We had a great stay at this 3-bedroom Craftsman home. The house is much bigger than I thought it would be, with 3 big bedrooms, 2 baths, a full iving room and dining room, a little play area, a deck and a garden...as well as a hot tub and sauna! What more could you want? It's walking distance to so many things including the Arcata Plaza as well as campus. It is well stocked with everything one might need and 1 block from a great grocery store. I highly recommend this house and hope to be there many more times myself.

Home was lovely. Btiful woodwork throughout the house. Beds super comfy. Housecwas nicecand clean. The owner was quick to answer when given a question.. She was also kind and provided things that are not usually part of the pkg and left the light on for us when she found out we were arriving late. Perfect location!

Beautiful home in a great area.

This home has beautiful wood work, hardwood floors, and updated bathrooms. The master bed and pillows were super comfortable! (We only used this room) The home was well stocked with linens and paper products.This home sits among beautiful homes in a charming neighborhood. We felt safe walking to many shops and restaurants within a half mile of this home. It is also easy access to the highway to go to Eureka and the redwoods. We would stay again and highly recommend!

Cool place to relax

Great downtown location

Had everything we needed. Loved the extra touches when it came to amenities and furnishings, and the beds were supper comfy. My kids loved the game room upstairs. Overall great family trip!

Hike the Redwoods

Great house in a great location. Hiked Redwood National Forrest and explored Arcata and nearby Eureka. House was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed and the hot tub was great.

Comfortable, cute, and conveniently located!

We came up for an event at HSU, and we loved staying at this lovely home. It is perfectly situated within walking distance of shopping and restaurants, and only a 10 minute walk to the HSU campus. The interior is updated and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Cute Arcata Home

We came to visit our Daughter who is in school at Cal Poly Humboldt. This home is spacious clean and convenient to everything we wanted to do. We have rented other VRBO's on Arcata and so far this is our favorite. Hope to stay here again!!!

Great house, great location

For the price point and accommodations, this place is a solid 5 stars. The house has so much character and charm. Every bed In the house was high end and comfortable. The house is conveniently located and also very private. Highly recommend.

Nice House

We had a great time at this house. The hot tub is amazing. The beds are very comfortable. It is a big house and plenty of room for the 3 of us. Very close to Humbolt State and the down town area of Arcata.

Family get-a-way!

This review was submitted before the home was managed by Vacasa. The Estate was absolutely perfect for our long weekend. Plenty of room inside and outside for us. We were attending a family wedding and the location of the Estate, so near the freeway exit, made getting around very convenient.

Charming craftsman cottage

This place exudes charm and personality, yet is also very functional! We had a great family trip and would easily stay here again. The kitchen is well stocked and the young adults enjoyed their jacuzzi as well. There is a little street noise in the front bedroom, so it’s best not to put a light sleeper there.

So many ways to warm up after playing outside! Great central location for many of the regional highlights, as well as visiting campus. Well stocked kitchen with all the essentials. No-hassle procedures for arrival and departure. Like the title says - clean, easy, convenient.

Very charming house

We enjoyed our stay here very much. There is a lot of mold in the area for the hot tub. But otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. There are also panic buttons in the house.
