Great 5 bedroom 3 bathroom house! Close to everything but very private!
Comfortable and well-furnished bedrooms. There is a queen bed and 43” smart TV in the four of the bedrooms and a double bed in the fifth.
The full kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher. You'll find all the essentials needed for preparing meals, making this house perfect for longer stays or large families. Ground coffee provided!
Generous living room with a large sectional sofa, 55” smart tv and electric fireplace, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. Game room with pool table, darts and 55” smart tv. Gazebo in back yard has a hot tub, outdoor furniture, and fireplace!
Dining table sits 8 people.
There are three full bathrooms. ****The whole house is included, no others guests.


- **Wi-Fi:** High-speed internet is available throughout both units. Smart TVs only, no cable.
- ** Laundry room with complimentary supplies included.
- **Parking:** Free parking is available on the premises. There are 5 free parking spots directly in front. Large trailers are not recommended.
- **Outdoor Space:** A covered Gazebo offers a space to relax outdoors, with seating and a Weber grill, hot tub and fireplace. -**There is a well fenced yard in the back. 1/2 mile from new Humboldt Bay bicycle and walking Trail!

What a great place! Very easy access to explore all the must dos in this area, including the redwoods & ocean. House was super family friendly, clean, and very comfortable. Two features that I really enjoyed included the double kitchens and the split floor plan. We loved this house so much and hope to return again next year! Thank you so much for sharing your property with us!

Property was located in an excellent location, right in the middle of Eureka and Arcata, so conveniently close to both, and not far from the beach. The hot tub was great and so was the perk of having a pool table. Very spacious cute place.

Great house for a large group!

We needed a place for our family to stay near Arcata so we could attend Cal Poly Humboldt graduation! This was a great home for us! It was in a country setting but a quick drive to the university! Every room was nicely decorated & clean!

Kitchen was fully equipped! Beds are comfortable. Plenty of space for 7 of us. Great communication with owner/manager. Hot tub could use a small step to enter/exit and temperature could be hotter but I realize temperature is likely a code/safety issue. They brought us wood when we asked for it. This is a wonderful place to stay but know there aren't any stores within walking distance. We had a lovely stay.

Excellent stay in Eureka!

This is an amazing property for large families and/or friends traveling together! The duplex is newly remodeled and very well-appointed with parking for several vehicles. We had plenty of room for our gathering of four families, and the host could not have been nicer! He was very responsive when we needed more pellets for the stove, and was kind enough to allow us to stay a little longer when we encountered a flat tire upon checkout. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Celebration of life

With multiple families traveling to the area for a celebration of life, I was in need of a few places that could accommodate various family and friends. This property and the hosts exceeded all expectations. I was pleasantly surprised to learn the house had been remodeled to open both sides to each other. This is a 5 bedroom 3 bath with two living areas and two kitchens which makes it a great option for your larger families or groups of friends who need to still have a little space to themselves. The hosts are great - both communicative and responsive. They also went above and beyond when I experienced an unexpected tire issue. They brought over a tire pump and allowed me to borrow it so I could make it to the tire shop. Truly saved the day. We will definitely be back again.

The house was large and spacious! There were multiple tvs and hang out areas and the side yard area with the grill and outdoor fire pit was fantastic! Would completely stay here again and the host was responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

Property was great! We had a party of 6. Nice place to relax after a long day of hiking. Kitchen has everything you need. The pool table & dart board was a good place to hang out or you could curl up on the couch & watch a movie. Something for everyone. Only thing I would suggest for an east coaster like me is bring a fan. We would definitely come back.

Daniel responded in a timely manner and made the process of booking effortless. We loved having two kitchens to work in and we loved the layout. The instructions were easy to read and did not need to ask additional questions.

This property couldn't have been more perfect for the group of five(5) men staying in the Eureka/Arcata area for Baywood ProAm golf tournament.Cleanliness was a 20 on a scale of 1 - 10 . . . really, I'm not joking!The kitchens (yes, two of them) were well stocked with the things you use in your own kitchen, and we barbequed one night without a problem.There were no comments about the comfort of the beds, except everyone said each morning that they slept great . . . and that's a great comment!We've stayed in both hotels and Vrbos in this area for 15 years coming to this event, and most lodging has been good (or at least adequate.) But, without question, this was a GREAT Vrbo property, and we will seek-out this property again.

This place was awesome! It fit our party of 8 adults and 5 children comfortably. It’s very clean and had plenty of supplies like towels, garbage bags, etc. Beds were comfy. Definitely recommend!

This house is perfect for a large group. It has a large living spaces so you can be together but have enough space to sit and have multiple conversations or gather in one place to watch the NBA finals! There are some quirks as this must have been a duplex at one time. It has two kitchen spaces. This worked out fine for us as they had everything we needed. The outside area has a nice gathering area and the hot tub was a huge hit. Owners are quick to respond and very helpful. We will be back next year.
