Newly remodeled upstairs unit with a separate entrance, kitchen and full bathroom with tub. There are 2 bedrooms, as well as laundry facilities, free to use during your stay with us!

Front entrance in the front of the house. You have access to the entire upstairs unit and will share the yard.

Hands-off, but available when needed.

Basement unit rented separately, so there may be occasional sounds that pass through units, but we strive for a quiet and peaceful environment for everyone, and respectfully ask for the same from our guests. Thank you!

-Early bag check available, immediately inside the entryway upstairs, please respect the cleaners and give them the space they need to clean the unit downstairs.
-Early check in available when we are able to accommodate, at no extra charge

Keyless entry is provided for guest self check in, 24/7.
-High-speed WiFi, ideal for streaming/conference calls
-Work from home desk with HDMI and monitor ready to go
-Ring doorbell
-There is strictly no smoking on the property. Enforced by $500 fine.
-There is a washer and dryer for guest use and an iron.

-Landscaper may swing by the unit periodically to maintain the grass.

-Pet friendly, but we reserve the right to not allow certain pets to stay, ie accident prone, aggressive breeds, etc. If we see a pet is staying without our express permission, we will cancel your reservation. Thank you in advance for abiding by our policies.

-The house is located in a residential area and quiet time is 10pm. To be kind to our neighbors and to comply with local noise ordinances, please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm, particularly outside. Thank you for your understanding!
