Phoenix X is one of the most popular condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix X. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your bbqing.



Come relax on the spacious 14th floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master with balcony access! A King in the 2nd bedroom and a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, and new cabinetry. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking tools needed to prepare for the whole family. It even has a stand alone ice maker. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama!



SNOWBIRDS WELCOME



Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Blinds need replacing. They were laying on the floor. Bathtub in master is very dated. I felt like I might fall through. Overall it was good. We weren’t in the room much.

The only issue with the unit was the vertical blinds. There were quite a few missing. I reached out to the owner about the issue. Maintenance never came in to fix the missing blinds. Other than that, the unit was very comfortable.

Our annual NYE beach trip was great in this condo! We loved the decks and views were amazing. Even though it’s too cold for the beach we definitely enjoyed our stay. We watch a lot of football, eat good seafood, and hang out at Flora Bama and it was so convenient to just walk next door. If the shower heads in both bathrooms get fixed - we will definitely book here again. The master tub/shower combo also didn’t drain properly- other than that it was perfect.

No knob in the master bath tub, there was a power outage that was scheduled that I was not aware of, there was a leak in the 1st guest room from the unit above.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location, set up of the apartments and views are spectacular. The building is starting to get a little warn down due to the age. Overall the experience was what we were hoping for. There are many excursions and restaurants with live music within walking distance.

Terrible experience with unit! It was not clean when we arrived, bathrooms had mold, food was on the floor, sand everywhere and sheets had not been changed! Beds were terrible and very lamp and light needed needed light bulbs.Do not recommend this unit!
