Phoenix 10 Unit #813...You will absolutely love the location of this condo! This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath gulf-font condo is located directly on the ocean and steps away from the famous Flora-Bama!

The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need during your stay. We have a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig! There is plenty of seating at the bar and in the dining area for your family. And, the living room has lots of seating and a flat screen TV for your enjoyment!

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has two full-sized beds and the third bedroom has a queen. Everything you'll need for a fabulous vacation!

The views from this balcony are fantastic! There is access to the balcony from the living room as well as the master bedroom. Imagine waking up to that view every morning! Enjoy it while sipping your coffee in the morning or an evening glass of wine. That's what it's all about!

Great condo in a great location! Really nice complex. Staff was friendly. Ocean South Properties was great about communicating before, during, and at checkout. Would stay here again!

Check in and communications were excellent. The property was clean and parking was great. The pool is large and very clean and beach access was easy. Not a luxurious condo - a little dated but very roomy and comfortable. 2 baths were adequate. Beach chairs and umbrellas were such a convenience! The gulf water wasn’t clear and the jellyfish were out so we opted for the pool, which as mentioned before was large so it didn’t feel crowded at all and it was very clean.

Everything was excellent....the property, the views, the location, communication prior to and after check in, ease of check in/check out, parking, staff at the property. If you're not sure, book this property. You won't be disappointed!

The resort was great, phoenix X was a great experience. Only thing I would suggest is mop the floors, had to wear flip flops entire time due to our feet being black. Also the entrance to balcony was jagged, I ripped my toe across it. Shower heads need updating. Had a great time and will stay there again. All in all was great.

Beautifully maintained. Plush towels. Convenient extras. Building secure. Very comfortable living room furniture. I would happily book this unit again. Very, very clean. Three older ladies for a girl's getaway. We agree this place is great!!

Everything was as advertised. Host was great with communication. Had some issues with washer but this is expected with wear and tear on appliances. Master sink had some kind of spill or something in it that had hardened and needs to be addressed but it was otherwise clean. Would highly recommend.
