Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. You will not be disappointed!

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. You will receive a parking registration email after your reservation is made and you are encouraged to purchase your parking passes prior to arrival. (Limit 2).

We loved our stay at this property. The condo was clean and comfortable. I loved the view of the beach from the balcony. The only problem we had was that the smoke detector kept going off whenever we made something in the kitchen.

The unit was very clean, had fresh linens, and had all the kitchen supplies needed. The cabinetry and furniture are dated in some of the rooms but I was happy with the unit overall and we had a great stay!

Great location, short walking distance to the Waffle House and FloraBama and many other places.

We were there for the Annual Mullet Toss, had a great time with a lot of good people. Worth going to and participating in.

We loved this condo. It was very clean and maintained. It was stocked with everything we needed. Right on the beach with a beautiful view off our balcony. The pool was nice. There are restaurants nearby. The host company ( Beach Getaways were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again

Very nice condo overlooking the gulf with great views. Right next door to Flora-Bama. Close drive the the National Naval Museum and location of Blue Angels shows and practice sessions (check their schedules). Great restaurants and things to do close by. Condo has an indoor pool with 3 hot tubs, outdoor pool, grilling areas and much more. 100 yards to the beach!

So enjoyed my Birthday at the Phoenix 10! The room was perfect. The checkout n process was so smooth. Can’t wait to go back in October.
